In the middle of a natural landscape, surrounded by numerous almond trees and with marvellous views over the rolling hills around Artà, the compact newly built villa S'Oratge is situated in an enchanting secluded location. After driving to the villa via the private road, you can park your car in the shade on the large plot surrounding the house. This villa is built in a U-shape, i.e. the communal areas are in the centre and the bedrooms are at either end of the U-shape. Outside there is a pretty terrace, which houses a delicate bistro-style mosaic table and four metal chairs. Here you can enjoy the glorious afternoon sun. If it gets too warm, you can escape to the covered terrace at any time. On the other side, facing east, there is a large covered terrace with a long wicker table with a glass top and comfortable wicker chairs. A barbecue is at your disposal, where you can spend cosy evenings together. Just six steps lead to the pool area under the veranda. The really spacious infinity pool gives the place a lovely atmosphere with great views of the surrounding hills. Several sun loungers are available on the natural stone sun terrace. At the other end there is another small table and chair set. For our younger guests there is a swing and a sandpit outside. One of the four bedrooms has access to a spacious balcony with relaxing sun loungers.







To make communal living even more enjoyable, the interior of this trendy villa is accessible from both sides: either through large glass doors on the pool side or through the large glass doors on the terrace side. This makes the house particularly airy and ensures a natural flow from outside to inside. The purist villa has a glazed concrete floor and a particularly modern and trendy look with smooth passageways. The inviting seating area is located in front of the modern LCD TV and the cosy fireplace in the living area. In another part of the room is a light-coloured wooden table for up to eight people. The grey high-back chairs provide comfortable seating. The furnishings are discreetly dainty in the style of a modern cottage. Many of the pieces of furniture are painted white and typical Mallorcan décor rounds off the cottage look with nostalgic flair. Access to the spacious eat-in kitchen is via a large, wood-framed passageway. There is a white, fully equipped kitchen with a fridge with freezer compartment. The fitted kitchen furniture here is complemented by a rustic Vertiko cupboard, which resembles a cosy, homely farmhouse kitchen, even if all the equipment is state of the art. The U-shape of the house offers two sleeping areas on either side of the communal area. On one side there is a large bedroom for the parents and a typical children's room with a cheerful double bed like a parent-child wing with a smart bathroom. In the other wing there are two additional bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is equipped with an ultra-modern bathroom. The bedrooms are furnished with pretty bed linen in the style of the slightly romantic cottage flair of the house. The bathrooms are particularly elegantly designed. Two of the bathrooms have a walk-in shower and a side shower. There is also a separate shower with natural stone tiles above the bathtub. We particularly like the washbasin set in stone and the unframed driftwood mirror - elegant, unobtrusive details that are present throughout the property and add charm to this newly built villa.



S'Oratge is located on a small country road that leads from the main road from Artà via Son Servera and further along the coast to Porto Cristo. Thanks to its location, the eastern sections of the coast are easily accessible. In addition to the numerous beaches on the outskirts of the village, there are also some less developed natural beaches that should definitely be discovered. The pretty town of Artà itself is only 6 km away, where there are good supermarkets and small shops as well as a lovely market on Tuesdays, where you can buy fresh local produce to prepare later at the barbecue or in the modern kitchen. The medieval town impresses with its authentic character, its beautiful location in the rolling hills and its famous pilgrimage church and fortress, both of which can be seen from afar. Villa S'Oratge is situated in a beautiful, secluded location in an area lined with almond trees near the pretty medieval village of Artà, just 6 kilometres away. There you can visit the shops or the weekly market on Tuesdays. In Artà there are nice restaurants and pretty shops. The villa is only a few minutes by car from the beautiful beaches, including several beautiful natural beaches.
