Villa Sofia is a charming, family-friendly retreat. On arrival you are greeted by two large box trees, while a quiet road leads almost directly to the house for unloading and parking.







The expansive lawn surrounds the villa and provides a wonderful play area, while a wooden fence secures the pool and provides security. Enjoy outdoor living on the large shaded veranda with a modern electric barbecue.



Inside the villa is a bright, modern kitchen with a long dining table, ideal for gatherings. The cosy living room offers a rustic charm, while three elegantly furnished bedrooms share a bathroom. An additional bedroom and bathroom are located on the ground floor, making it a versatile space for families.



Close to the beach and shopping facilities, the beautiful Sofia is located in the centre of a quiet residential area in Sa Coma. Situated on the east coast between the fashionable Cala Millor and the picturesque Porto Cristo with its harbour and interesting limestone caves. Two beaches, the Reserva Africa Safari Park and wonderful hiking opportunities on the Punta de n'Amer peninsula are in the immediate vicinity, and the nearest grocery shop is also not far away.



Electricity is included in the price for reasonable consumption. After that, the fee will be settled in cash on site.
