This Mallorca finca is characterized by bright and friendly colors. Nine beaches nearby offer something for everyone. Equipped with bathroom, kitchen, safe, internet connection and air conditioning. The air conditioning conveys pleasant coolness in summer. The 5 x 8 meter pool with sliding hall can also be used in bad weather and when closed it is also a safety factor for small children. The property is over 6000 square meters and has a well-kept garden part. Minimum stay: 5 nights.
In July and August changeover day is Saturday.
Customer opinion: We were able to spend wonderful, romantic and above all relaxing days in this dreamlike finca. The courtyard invites you to have a leisurely breakfast, relax in the hammock and chat in the evening by candlelight. The pool is of course great for cooling off in between. Overall, this finca offers everything you could want for a perfect vacation. The location is ideal and offers many opportunities for nice trips. We will be back !!

Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub mit 3 Familien inkl. Kinder (2-6 Jahre). Das gesamte Anwesen hat uns sehr gut gefallen, der komplett absperrbare Innenhof/Patio war unser absolutes Highlight, man konnte einfach entspannt zusammensitzen ohne Angst, dass Kinder weglaufen oder in den Pool stürzen könnten.Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war stimmig, man könnte dennoch darüber nachdenken, einige Gartenmöbel neu anzuschaffen oder auch allgemein die Pflanzen um den Pool etwas zurückzuschneiden oder vertrocknete Pflanzen zu entfernen.Leider wurde der Pool im Laufe des Aufenthalts immer grüner, obwohl 2x die Woche ein Poolservice kam. Es hat uns jedoch nicht abgeschreckt, weiterhin darin zu baden. Theodora war für uns jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns freundlich in Empfang genommen.

Einwöchiger Aufenthalt

Wir waren mit 7 Personen, darunter zwei Kindern, in der Unterkunft.Super Aufteilung, alles war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.Der Innenhof war klasse, vorallen konnten hier die Kids auch mal frei rumspielen.Einzige negative Punkt war, dass wir den Pool erst ab dem Nachmittag/Abend des dritten Tages nutzen konnten.Leider war dieser umgekippt, auch wenn die Housekeeperin bei der Übergabe direkt die Poolfirma beauftragte, zog es sich etwas.Ansonsten waren wir aber super zufrieden und würden bestimmt mal wieder kommen.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Leider haben Plastikteile des Vormieters den Poolfilter verstopft, so dass das Wasser nicht mehr gereinigt werden konnte. Erst nachdem die Verstopfung beseitigt werden konnte, hat der Poolfilter wieder normal arbeiten können. Wir entschuldigen uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten. Umso erfreuter sind wir, dass Sie sich darüberhinaus so wohl gefühlt haben, dass Sie wiederkommen möchten. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen!

Tolle Finca für einen schönen Familienurlaub

Wir hatten zum zweiten Mal einen wirklich wunderschönen Urlaub auf dieser Finca! Die Außenanlage ist traumhaft und lädt perfekt zum Entspannen ein. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und Theodora war stets sehr freundlich, herzlich und unkompliziert. Wünsche wurden nach Möglichkeit immer umgesetzt, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Die Nebenhäuser könnten etwas modernisiert werden, aber insgesamt ist die Finca wirklich super und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Rustikale Finca mit viel Platz für Privatsphäre

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit mit der Familie auf der Finca. Bei durchschnittlich 30 Grad und wolkenlosem Himmel haben wir die meiste Zeit im Pool verbracht. Besonders gut hat uns auch der Innenhof mit seinen schattigen Plätzen gefallen. Die Zimmer im Haupthaus sind rustikal aber sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, mit allem was man zur Selbstversorgung benötigt. Warum es dann noch zusätzlich eher schlecht ausgestattete Küchen in den Studios und dem Zimmer in der ersten Etage gibt, hat sich uns nicht erschlossen. Wir haben sie auch nicht genutzt.Die separaten Studios sind eher lieblos gestaltet und haben uns nicht so gut gefallen, aber sie haben ihren Zweck erfüllt und man konnte sich auch mal zurückziehen. Der Wohnbereich ist super schön, wurde von uns aber nicht genutzt. Alles ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Gebrauchsspuren sind nicht zu übersehen. Bei Problemen konnte man sich an die Hausverwalterin (Theodora) direkt wenden und es wurden sofort reagiert. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es tolle Restaurants ( z.B. Can Julia in Son Servera) Bäcker und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein Auto ist aber schon erforderlich. Fazit: für einen unkomplizierten Urlaub mit einer größeren Gruppe ist die Finca der perfekte Ort, es könnte mit kleineren Investitionen ( teilweise neue Stühle, Aufhängungen für den Duschkopf, …) und etwas mehr Pflege der Gartenanlage aufgewertet werden, aber für uns hat es trotzdem gepasst.

Tolle Finca

Eine tolle Finca die alles hat was man braucht. Rustikal und Authentisch aber gut ausgestattet und sehr viel Platz. Die Betreuung Vorort ist sehr gut durch Teodora. Ein Highlight ist der Pool der von uns gerne und viel genutzt wurde. Auch sehr gut ist die Lage da man vom der Finca aus viele schöne Strände erreichen kann, vorausgesetzt man hat eine Fahrzeug Vorort.Dir Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sowie das überreichte Infomaterial ist sehr ausführlich und hilfreich. und viel genutzt wurde. Auch sehr gut ist die Lage

Wundervolle Zeit

Wir waren eine bunt gemischte Gruppe von Hochzeitsgästen. Es war für uns perfekt. Genug Platz, durch die beiden separaten Appartements entsprechend auch Privatsphäre. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr nah. Freitags ein wunderbarer Markt im Ort Der Ortskern sehr ansprechend.

La parte antigua muy bonita y cómoda , Los utensilios de la cocina los tuvimos que lavar todos porque no estaban limpios. Los apartamentos con la estructura de la casa no tienen nada q ver ….. hay como especie de claraboyas en el techo muy grandes e imposible descansar desde q empieza a amanecer, sobre todo por los niños pequeños. Poco gusto en la construcción de los apartamentos y el mobiliario deficiente

Die perfekte Finca

Die Finca ist perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Familie und Freunden. Es war alles sehr sauber, sodass man sich direkt wohlfühlen konnte. Nach nur 10min Autofahrt ist man am nächsten Strand oder bei verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Kommunikation mit Hausbesitzern bzw. Theodora war sehr angenehm, man hat schon vor seinem Aufenthalt viele Informationen erhalten. Wir können die Finca nur weiterempfehlen und würden wieder kommen :-)

Super Finca für Familie und Freunde

Sehr schöne Familienvilla

Sehr großes Areal, schöner Pool und viel, viel Platz. Ein Platz zum Wohlfühlen mit einer großen Gruppe. Zudem ein schöner, kleiner Ort mit guten Restaurants, einem Supermarkt und einer Drogerie (Müller) Einziger Wermutstropfen: der Strom ist ab und zu Mal weg, kann aber schnell wieder selbst eingeschaltet werden. Zudem wird das auch offen beim Check-In kommuniziert und gezeigt, wie der Strom wieder aktiviert wird.

Gute Unterkunft für Familien

Die Finca ist gut geeignet für Großfamilien. Zimmer sind sehr schön hergerichtet und mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Son Servera lässt sich fussläufig erreichen und man findet dort alles was man benötigt. Ein schöner und nicht völlig überlaufener Markt wartet Freitags darauf entdeckt zu werden. Ein Fahrzeug für Ausflüge ist notwendig. Highlight für uns war definitiv der Pool. Hier finden 7 Erwachsene gut Platz.

Fantastic property

Had a great stay at this property. The main house offers plenty of room already with 3 Bedrooms and 3 Washrooms. The Kitchen is well equipped and all bedrooms feature an air condition, which was nice to cool down the rooms before going to bed. The pool was the place to be for the kids which they enjoyed a lot. The adults enjoyed the charming patio area the most. There are also 2 studios attached, less rustic then the main house but good for larger groups. Had some trouble after our arrival when all A/Cs and the pool were running, which tripped a circuit breaker. The person looking after the house, Teodora, called in some Electricians that arrived the same day and helped us avoid further power outages. We would love to come back and stay again.

Maison très agréable

Merci pour ce séjour nous avons passé de très bons moments dans la maison, en particulier dans le patio où il fait toujours bon! De beaux espaces qui permettent à deux familles de vivre et partager sans se marcher dessus. La maison est a 15 minutes de tout : criques, parc naturel, beaux petits villages Merci!

schöne Finca, viel Platz, toller Pool

Wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt von ,,teodora'', uns wurde die Finca komplett gezeigt und alles erklärt. Sehr viel Platz und dadurch das wir mit Familie und Freunde verreis sind war es auch total toll das durch die einzelnen Wohnungen jeder auch seinen Rückzugsort hatte. Alles war sehr sauber. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren genug vorhanden sodass man auch mal wechseln konnte. Wir hatten ein Baby dabei wo uns ein reisebett sowie ein Hochstuhl bereit gestellt wurde. Also auch da fehlte es uns an nichts. Der Pool hat eine schöne Größe und wir haben ihn viel genutzt. Leider sind die Pflanzen/ der Garten länger schon nicht mehr zurück geschnitten wurden. Somit lagen viele Blätter und Blüten um den Pool oder landeten schnell im Pool. Aber ich konnte ,, Teodora '' jederzeit bescheid sagen und sie hatte sich sofort gekümmert das am nächsten Tag der Pool gereinigt wird. Die Finca hat eine tolle Lage Son Servera hat einen kleinen Supermarkt und sogar einen Drogeriemarkt Müller. Der nächste Ort ist cala Millor. Dort hin fährt man ca. 10 Minuten und nach cala rajada ist man in ca. 15-20 Minuten. Wir empfehlen die Finca auf jedenfall weiter es war ein toller erholsamer Urlaub.

Magnifique Finca

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette magnifique Finca très bien équipée. Nous étions 6 adultes et 5 enfants. Cette Finca permet à chacun d’avoir son indépendance mais aussi de se retrouver tous ensemble. Teodora est très sympathique et serviable. Les plages sont à 10 minutes en voiture.

Très belle location de vacances

Très belle villa possédant de nombreux atouts. Tout d'abord sa taille avec la possibilité d'accueillir plusieurs familles tout en conservant une certaine indépendance. Maison très bien équipée, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Piscine très agréable. La maison est très bien placée, avec toutes les commodités à moins de 10 minutes en voiture et un grand nombre de très belles plages à proximité. Enfin le propriétaire est à l'écoute et la personne qui gère l'intendance de la maison sur place à Majorque est disponible et agréable. A recommander !

Hier die deutsche Übersetzung: Sehr schönes Feriendomizil. Schöne Villa mit tollen Möbeln. Vor allem die Größe der Finca mit der Möglichkeit, mehrere Familien unter Beibehaltung einer gewissen Unabhängigkeit unterzubringen. Haus sehr gut ausgestattet, sowohl innen als auch außen. Schwimmbad sehr schön. Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten innerhalb von 10 Minuten Fahrt und viele sehr schöne Strände in der Nähe. Der Besitzer antwortet schnell und kundenorientiert und die Person, die den Haushalt vor Ort auf Mallorca leitet, ist gut erreichbar und angenehm. Zu empfehlen!

Unser Gruppenurlaub

Wir waren zu zehnt in der Finca, 7 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist super für so große Gruppen. Die Ausstattung entsprach dem Inserat. Es war alles vorhanden was man im Urlaub als Selbstverpfleger braucht und noch mehr. Der Innenhof der Finca war ein absoluter Traum. Auf Anfragen und Probleme bekam man sofort sehr freundliche und hilfreiche Auskunft. Vor Ort wurden wir vonn einer Hausmeisterin betreut, mit der wir uns jedoch nur auf Englisch verständigen konnten. Englischkenntnisse also vorausgesetzt :) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände waren in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Das einzige was ich als "negativ" epfand war, dass der hintere Teil des Geländes nicht mehr bewirtschaftet wird und sehr zueugewachsen war und somit leider auch nicht nutzbar für uns. Abgesehen davon würde ich diese Finca immer wieder für einen Urlaub auf Mallorca wählen :)
