Inside, the villa offers a rustic yet uncluttered atmosphere with decorative floor tiles, exposed roof beams, white walls and natural stone elements. The spacious layout offers plenty of room for all guests. The kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped for self-catering. The living room with fireplace and large flat-screen TV offers comfort. The villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and DSL internet. On the top floor there is also another bedroom and a roof terrace, which is also accessible from the outside.



Enjoy the rural surroundings of "Can Sua", a typically Mallorcan restored villa that offers marvellous, far-reaching views. Artà, with its weekly market every Tuesday, is a fantastic place for shopping and eating out and is approx. 10 minutes away by car. Cala Ratjada with its beautiful beach and harbour promenade can be reached in approx. 15 minutes by car. The beautiful sandy beaches invite you to spend a relaxing day by the sea or there are several excellent restaurants and attractive shopping facilities in Cala Millor (12 km).
