Very nice maintained house. Clean, spacy and well equippet. Located in calm residential area with a view to the ocean from the 1st floor terrace. Fine welcome packet containing water, milk, salt & peber, instant coffee, pate and some biscuits. Nice and clean pool and good outdoor chairs, beds and lounge furniture.

Estupendo family vacation

Perfect family Villa, for the perfect family vacation. The villa was as advertised. Perfect location, only 15minutes walk from the beach and town centre. Plenty of lovely restaurants and bars around the marina and beach front. Family of 6 had plenty of space to relax and unwind. Swimming pool was great for the entire family. Patio with sun beds, bbq was perfect for several evenings and the balconies were great for early evening sun and sunsets. Any issues we had were resolved quickly. The owner was great. Only suggestion would be plastic cups for around the pool Fantastic holiday and fantastic villa!!!!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear that your family had such a fantastic stay and that the villa provided everything you needed for a relaxing vacation. It's great to know that you enjoyed the convenient location, the spacious layout, and the various outdoor areas like the patio and balconies – perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying sunsets. We also appreciate your suggestion about having plastic cups for the pool area; that's definitely something we’ll consider to further improve our guests' experience. It was a pleasure hosting you and your family, and we’d be thrilled to welcome you back for another memorable stay in the future!

Alle wie beschrieben mit kleinen Fehlern

Insgesamt sehr zufrieden, tolle Lage in Colonia.

We regret not being able to meet expectations but at all times we act with the greatest speed and professionalism to offer our clients the best experience. So far we haven't had any problems with that. We did not have any complaints during the stay, and it was not until the client left that he told us about what happened, and that is why it could not be reviewed, but we managed it so that it does not happen again.
