The ground-floor living area is well laid out and has a beautiful living and dining room. It is equipped with a fireplace and air conditioning. The windows offer a marvellous view of the garden and the nearby foothills of Ferrutx, a wonderful place for hiking. Both the living room and the adjoining kitchen have direct access to the spacious veranda. One of the three bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a separate bathroom with bathtub. Villa Mar i Cel is part of the residential area of Colònia de Sant Pere on the east coast of Mallorca. The marina, small supermarkets and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The long natural beach of Colònia de Sant Pere is just a 6-minute drive from the holiday home. The beautiful town of Artà can be reached by car in 15 minutes.
