Perched in a brand-new private chalet, this apartment invites you to relax away from the bustle, just 10 minutes from La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand resorts. Designed for 4 guests, it offers a warm setting where modern comfort meets the wild beauty of the mountains.
A Cozy and Functional Interior:
The bright living area features a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, and washing machine), a comfortable lounge with TV, and a peaceful bedroom with a double bed (bed linen provided). The practical, well-appointed bathroom completes the space.
Enjoy the Outdoors:
Take advantage of a private terrace, perfect for admiring Alpine views, and a separate entrance for added privacy. A reserved parking space on the property makes coming and going easy.
Please Note:
To maintain the quality of the space, end-of-stay cleaning can be arranged on request for an extra fee. Without this option, cleaning is not included in the rental.
