In the resort 3.6 km from the centre of Begur, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), 4 km from the sea. Private: natural state property, beautiful garden (fenced), swimming pool (3 x 6 m, depth 100 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.). Bus stop "Begur Plaça Forgues" 4 km, railway station "Flaçà" 30 km, sandy beach "Aiguablava" 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
