IN THE SHARED GARDEN THERE ARE 6 SHOWERS WITH HOT WATER AND 4 TOILETS AND 1 COMPLETE BATHROOM IN THE APARTMENT.
Family apartment full of history and charm of 75 m2 at 11 meters from the beach of La Fosca. The apartment has views of the beach from the living room consisting of two sofa beds 140x200, television, DVD and dining room for 6 people very spacious and spacious. The house has 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. In the shared garden you will find 6 showers with hot water and 4 bathrooms that you can use when returning from the beach. Garden of 3,500 m2 shared with twelve families where there are tables and chairs that you can use for outdoor dining as well as a barbecue for exclusive use of the apartment, a pediment and a ping-pong that you can use for free, you will find the rackets and balls in the house, a small forest with hammocks, basketball baskets and a punching bag. If you need a baby cot, high chair or baby bath you can order them in advance and you will have them for free. There is a parking lot 20 meters from the house owned by the municipality of Palamós. This parking is free throughout the year with the exception of the months of June, July, August and September in which you must pay. The apartment is delivered without sheets or towels you can bring your own or rent them: single sheet set: 8 euros, double sheet set: 15 euros, towels set: one medium and one large: 4 euros and clean you can do the final cleaning or ask for it in which case you will also have an additional charge of 50 euros. The apartment has 3 portable gas heaters and 3 fans that you can use freely. If you need a baby cot, high chair or baby bath you can order them previously and you will have them freely in the apartment at your entry.
The fine sandy beach of La Fosca located 30 meters from the house has obtained the Blue Flag rating by the EU the highest rating that a beach can obtain. The house is ideally located in a privileged environment.

Wunderbare Location!! Bei der abendlichen Ankunft wurden wir freundlich empfangen und eingewiesen. Hamza war stets erreichbar, wenn man ihn gebraucht hätte. Der Blick auf den Strand und in den Sonnenaufgang ist einzigartig und die Wohnung hat uns 5 sehr gut gefallen. Das war eine richtig gute Zeit!!

Tolle Unterkunft in perfekter Lage

Gute Ausstattung der Küche. Nur ein paar Schritte vom Strand entfernt mit schönem Meerblick aus dem Wohn- und Esszimmer. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wunderschöne Ferienanlage direkt am Meer

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und sehr idyllisch. Alles war sehr sauber und die Lage sowie die Aussicht auf das Meer ist einfach perfekt.

Sehr schöne gepflegte Ferienanlage mit tollem Garten und vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten ideal auch für kleinere Kinder, beheizte Außenduschen, sehr komfortables Baden im Meer, tolle Gäste-Betreuung, sauberes Wasser, im Hochsommer nachts laute Partys am Strand und klappernde Kanaldeckel in der Straße, daher Schlafen mit geschlossenem Fenster zu empfehlen.

Appartement très agreable

Très bel appartement très bien équipé dans une résidence soignée. La vue sur la mer et la proximité de la plage sont idéales. Le grand jardin parfaitement entretenu est un petit coin de paradis. Nous avons apprécié les douches extérieures très propres et très pratiques en retour de plage et pour se rafraîchir. L'accueil de Camila est sympathique. Nous recommandons cette location.

Super Wohnung am super Strand

Die Wohnung ist wirklich super gelegen (15m vom Strand entfernt) und bietet vom Esstisch aus einen traumhaften Blick über die Bucht von La Fosca. Der große Garten ist für die Kinder wirklich super und der Hängemattenwald (insgesamt 6-8 Hängematten) ideal für die Sièsta :-) Die Verwalterin vor Ort ist wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der einzig störende waren die nächtlichen Motorroller/PKW-Geräusche, die bei offenen Fenster ziemlich laut sind. In der Nebensaison waren das aber nicht allzuviele, so dass wir dennoch prima ausschlafen konnten ;-)

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil, la gentillesse, l'écoute et le dévouement de notre hôtesse. Le logement correspond bien à la description et tout est mis en place pour que votre séjour soit le plus agréable possible. Nous avions peur de souffrir du manque de terrasse privée, mais cela n'a pas été le cas. C'est tellement facile de sortir de l'appartement et de trouver tout ce qu'on veut ! Et tellement agréable d'être si près de la mer et de pouvoir l'observer à tous les moments de la journée. Nous y retournerons certainement.

L'endroit est paradisiaque. Tout est à proximité service restaurant et surtout la plage à 10 m. Grand jardin pour les enfants avec table de ping-pong tennis jeux à disposition pour la plage. Enfin Camilla et une personne souriante agréable, professionnelle qui a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Nous demandant constamment : si tout allait bien. ce fut un véritable plaisir pour nous et les enfants de séjourner dans ce lieu nous le recommandons fortement. À une prochaine fois sûrement. AGOSTO EN LA FOSCA

La atención ha sido magnífica, en especial la Sra. Camila, a nuestra llegada. La limpieza un diez y la situación, frente al mar, estupenda. Nos ha sorprendido gratamente el silencio nocturno de todos los vecinos y el buen estado de las instalaciones, no falta de nada. Volveremos si Dios quiere.

Es el lugar perfecto para unas vacaciones,situado justo delante del mar,es la casa de la Fosca que tiene el mar mas cerca.Vistas inmejorables.La casa es una preciosidad,buena distribucion y con todas las comodidades,,todos los electrodomesticos, hasta cafetera Nespresso. Muy limpia .Tambien hay un jardin enorme y mesa con barbacoa debajo de pinos .La propietaria Camila es un encanto,amable y te explica todas las cosas muy bien con muy buenas recomendaciones de sitios a visitar,restaurantes,deportes,excursiones. Lo recomendaria a todos mis familiares y amigos. Al despedrirse Camila nos hizo un regalo muy entrañable del lugar. Volveremos.

Nous avons été supers bien accueillis par Camilla et John ! L’appartement est tous conforts ,la vue superbe avec le bruit des vagues et la plage très propre . Il faut faire quelques mètres à pieds dont des marches pour pouvoir déjeuner dehors. Le jardin est splendide et merveilleusement bien entretenu, parfait pour les familles avec ados et enfants en bas âge . Beaucoup de plages à parcourir autour de Palamos . Nous aimerions revenir ! Virginie, Mickaël et les enfants .
