In the heart of the Cézallier Cantalien, this fully renovated traditional house from 1867 is semi-detached with no overlooking neighbors and offers a beautiful view over the Santoire valley.



You will enjoy a private, unfenced garden and an enclosed terrace. Deckchairs, garden furniture, and a barbecue are at your disposal.



The entrance is on a raised ground floor. The house features a living room, a kitchen area, one bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a shower room, and separate WC. Central gas heating is available (for an extra charge based on consumption). WiFi internet access. Private parking on site.



A grocery store will soon open in the village of Saint-Saturnin. There is a café and a restaurant in the town center. Another grocery store is available in Ségur-les-Villas, 3.5 km away. The towns of Murat and Riom-ès-Montagnes are 20 km away, and Allanche is 15 km away. The location is ideal for exploring and visiting the region.



Nearby: the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Nature Park with many hiking and horseback trails, lakes with swimming and water activities 30 km away, and the Grand Site National du Puy Mary.
