Lovely first-floor apartment with 1 bedroom (double bed). Bright living room with sofa bed for 2 and floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto a cozy terrace. Open kitchen, storage room, bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Quiet green location near shops, tram stop and Normand Park. Beach and promenade 600 m away. Perfect for a relaxing seaside stay.

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
