Ideal for large families or group holidays, this spacious mountain cottage in Murat-le-Quaire comfortably hosts up to twelve guests in a peaceful setting near La Bourboule. Perfect for reunions or active escapes, it blends authentic countryside charm with generous living space.
Inside, the cottage accommodates up to 12 guests. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms - one with two double beds and one with three double beds - along with a shower room and a separate toilet. The main floor features a bright open-plan living area with kitchen, dining space, and lounge, plus an additional shower room with toilet. A mezzanine level offers one double bed open to the living area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker, with a large dining table for group meals. Outside, a small adjoining garden provides a picnic table and charcoal barbecue.
Surrounded by natural scenery, the property provides outdoor space ideal for enjoying fresh mountain air and social gatherings. Private parking is available on site, making access simple for multiple vehicles. Located close to hiking trails, cycling routes and ski areas, the cottage offers direct access to the Sancy Massif’s year-round attractions.
