In the hamlet Le Corti with 10 houses 5 km from the centre of Greve in Chianti, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 100 m from the edge of the forest, 110 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: natural state property (fenced), terraced garden. Private: swimming pool (above ground) (2 x 2 m, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Hot tub, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: air conditioning, washing machine, heating available only from 15.Oct. - 15.Apr.. 2.2 km long bumpy motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house.
