Private: property 3'000 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 29.Sep.). Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 8 km, railway station 35 km, pebble beach 20 km.
