We are disappointed to receive this review, particularly considering the condition in which these guests left our property. During their stay, their dog urinated on the bedding, floors, and even inside the entertainment stand. The guests also spilled coffee all over the bed, resulting in ruined bedding that had to be replaced. Additionally, two lamps were broken during their stay, and the guests provided photographs showing the lamps lying near a large glass wall, which was particularly concerning. We take great pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and well-appointed property for our guests. We find it especially disappointing that these guests chose to criticize the bedding when they were directly responsible for ruining it with dog urine and spilled coffee. The property required extensive additional cleaning and attention due to the condition in which they left it. While we welcome constructive feedback, we believe future guests deserve to know the full circumstances surrounding this review.

Everything was exactly as described in the listing! The view from the balcony was absolutely perfect. We loved that the beach was right across the street. Brooke was great and we would definitely come back!

The condo is beautiful. Great views, great amenities. Brooke moved our check-in to Sunday because of the hurricane, which worked out for us.A few hiccups: the pickleball courts weren't available, and supplies were scarce. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom, hardly any paper towels, and only a few trash bags. We asked for more bags and they came the next day.Our checkout had been extended a day, but coming back from the beach we were locked out, with our two-year-old. Brooke responded right away and got us in, but the extension should've been set up ahead of time.Beautiful place, just wish the details were handled better.

We rented for a quick getaway. Access to beach was so quick- so easy. Chairs and umbrellas on the beach! Condo was clean and extremely nice. We didn’t mind helping keep the place immaculate to assist the maid. Lovely place.

The condo is beautiful. It’s very clean and well equipped with dishes, towels etc. It has a direct view of the gulf and a walking path if you want to take a stroll. Beach setup was for 4 which was really nice. We plan on a return visit next year!

We had a great time but for 4 nights over 2k the sleeper sofa should have been comfortable. I had to go buy a air mattress for my grandbabies to sleep on. They said the bar hurt thier back. Everything else was nice no complaints.

Stunning views & Beautiful home!!! Had a great time! Awesome beach right across the street literally, the pool was also very nice! We were so sad to leave The host went above and beyond for us. Her maintenance manager did as well when we had a minor glitch (or so I thought) turned out to be my fault (operator error) no fault of theirs! Anyway I highly recommend, you will be so glad you did!!!
