This oceanfront ground floor condominium is situated at the beachfront resort of Las Mañanitas, This luxurious and spacious 3 bedroom condo is the only one on the ground floor in the complex also having a private front yard. . It features carefully chosen furnishings and is absolutely gorgeous. Enjoy all Smart TV's, FREE wireless Internet, Reading Library-great selection of books, coffee machine, with huge wrap around Terrace. The family-friendly unit is fully air-conditioned, equipped with a UV water purification system, and includes all other amenities you would expect in a condominium of this quality.

Our ground floor, 2,300 square foot condominium features three large bedrooms and three bathrooms including two master suites with private bathrooms. The sleeping accommodations include one King bed in one master, two queen beds in the other suite, and two full beds in the third bedroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the third bedroom if needed.

There is a spacious ocean view patio with a beautiful eating area, reclining area, spectacular oceanfront views, swimming pools, Jacuzzi and barbecues. The resort also has a fully equipped fitness center, putting green, and lighted tennis /basketball court.

Amenities: Interior - High ceilings, Double entry for lockout privacy, zoned air conditioning throughout. TV in bedroom and living room, Satellite TV with VCR/DVD player and Blue Ray DVD player. Internet connection. Ceiling fans in bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living area. Private hot water heater, private Laundry room with washer and dryer. Kitchen features: Fully-equipped with Electric stove/oven combinations, Microwave oven, Refrigerator with ice maker, freezer, Dishwasher, disposal, blender, coffee/espresso maker. Luxury furnishings are what you would expect from a five-star condominium.

Activities (on site or nearby): Views of the Sea of Cortez, Direct Beach access, Beach side swimming pool with restrooms and showers, Tennis, Fitness Center, Beach side shaded terrace, Poolside barbecue grills, Professionally landscaped, Poolside Jacuzzi spa, 24 hour security, Guest parking, Board games in cono. The condo had lots of room and was in a great location. Very quiet and relaxing with the pool and beach right outside the door. There was a nice grocery/shopping area within walking distance. Teresa was a great host and was very responsive to all of our questions.

The first floor condo has a porch that overlooks the pool and sea. The rooms are spacious with a great central area. We travelled to a swimmable child friendly beach- Playa Chileno. Many comforts within walking distance. A beautiful stay!

The actual place was lovely. We have stayed in the same complex in years past, just in a different VRBO. The only complaint I have is that this place isn't always kid-friendly. It seems the more permanent residents can be very particular about certain things, so it sometimes felt that we were walking on eggshells. The place was clean, the property manager was lovely, and you couldn't ask for a better location.

It's our second rental of this condo. We meet here with our daughter and family and her three grandsons ages 8 6 and 4. The condo is just perfect for us with it being ground level with a front yard for the boys to play on. It has everything we need in the owner is great to work with. I highly recommend renting this condo.

We really enjoyed staying here. The proximity to the ocean, the pool, and restaurants and grocery stores was excellent. The condo itself is showing some wear and tear, but nothing that couldn’t be remedied with a couple hours of a handyman service. We had plenty of room for our two families (four adults, four kids), And the condo had plenty of amenities. I do wish, however, they would stock toilet paper instead of making us run out to buy it. Overall, I highly recommend this property.

Very convenient location. 5 minute walk to two big grocery stores. Collectivo stops right in front of the complex and it’s just $1 per person to get to the art market area. Several good restraunts in walking distance. Felt very safe. Condo grounds are beautiful, pools are almost always empty. Can’t swim in the ocean but the beach is nice for walking.

Great Stay

This property is absolutely amazing. We went there for a week and had some trouble with cancelled flights, but the owner Tersea was wonderful to work with. I cannot say enough about the unit itself. The security is on point and it felt very safe. We had a huge pool to ourselves almost everyday. We were worried about needing a vehicle but using uber was a breeze. I would reccomend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing time and want to have lazt days.

Beautiful setting with views of the ocean and the pool, both which were only a few steps away. The condo was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 1 toddler. We enjoyed eating out on the patio for each meal and appreciated the convenience of walking to the grocery store, park, and ice cream shop! The condo was clean when we arrived, and the only suggestion I have is to increase lighting in each room and check to make sure the washer and dryer are working efficiently. I would definitely love to make a trip back to this lovely place!

The property was very well maintained. Pool and other commons areas were very clean. We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves much of the time with only a few other guests at any given time. We found the condo to be clean and furnishings to be in good shape. The ground floor location with patio opening onto the pool deck was ideal for our family. Communication with the owner was good. She made sure everything was ready for us and checked in during the course of our vacation. Everything was as advertised. Would go back again.

Great Condo, Fantastic Location

We just returned from an 8 night stay in this fabulous condo. 3 bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms worked great for our family of five. Huge balcony area right in front of the pool with a view of the ocean was thoroughly enjoyed. One thing that is always a concern for us when renting is what would happen if a problem arises during your stay. We had a minor inconvenience (the in room safe was left locked by the previous guest). Teresa immediately responded to our email about this, arranged for someone to come and fix this within minutes and then followed up by an in person visit to ensure that everything was done to our satisfaction. This quick and personal response was wonderful!

Two Countries Meet on Beach

Our two families-from 2 countries have met up in Cabo for 14 years! With 3 teens & parents this was perfect layout. Location was close to grocery, restaurants, shopping-all I walkable. Or take local bus East and we Ubered back some places or taxi. Waking up to view with coffe was great. Teresa has everything you could want or need. I am NOT technically savvy so getting the TVs to work was an issue...maybe some step by step instructions for both TVs would help people like me! We only managed to get main room tv working. Teresa was super responsive on this...but with view we just needed the Netflix for movies at night so it was fine!

Nice and Quiet Family Spring Break

This is our third time visiting the Cabo/San Jose area. During our first two visits we stayed in the Cabo area, but this trip we decided to stay in San Jose and it was exactly what we were looking for. The Las Mananitas complex is perfectly situated- 15 minutes to the airport and under 5 minutes to the grocery store, restaurants and the highway leading over to Cabo. It was an easy 20-25 minute drive over to Cabo. This unit is also perfectly situated- a ground floor unit leading directly to the pool and beach within just a few short and easy steps. Even though it was spring break week, the pool and complex were both extremely quiet all week. The unit was exactly as advertised with plenty of room for our family of five, very clean and everything in good working order. Our communication with the owner, Teresa, was excellent before, during and after our rental. It was a very peaceful and relaxing family break and we would absolutely return to Las Mananitas and Teresa's wonderful condo in the future. Thanks Teresa for a very blessed week!

Beautiful property just steps from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and shops!

From check in to check out this property was perfect. The condo itself was super clean and in a great location. Pool right out the door and the beach a short walt past that. With six people we still had plenty of room and never felt cramped. Would definitely recommend this property and will definitely be going back in the near future.
