Sunseekers #2 is located on the ground floor, so you don't have to carry any luggage or supplies up the stairs. It is one of ten units in Sun-seekers, a family-friendly gem of a condominium nestled along the shore of Blue Mountain Beach.

Merely step out the back door and relax on the patio or the surrounding neatly manicured lawn, the perfect setting for a night of stargazing. During the day, walk down the short staircase to frolic on scenic Blue Mountain Beach or swim in the Gulf of Mexico's clear, blue waters.

Both bedrooms have queen beds, and the queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space. The master bedroom affords a picturesque view of the Gulf and has its own private bathroom. Imagine spending a peaceful night being lulled to sleep by the soothing sounds of waves lapping against the shore.

Sunseekers #2 offers a fully stocked kitchen, dining table with seating for 4 and 2 additional at the bar and wet bar. For your home away from home, the condo also offers a full size washer and dryer and Wifi.

Additional entertainment possibilities can be found at the nearby outlet mall, eclectic antique stores, or numerous quaint boutiques. Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and explore miles of recently-paved bike trails that lead past Grayton Beach and Seaside. Perfect Spot on the Beach

This condo is perfectly located on the beach in Blue Mountain. It is the closest of two buildings to the ocean and there is a lawn out of the back door which provides the perfect space for enjoying the magnificent view and big enough for the children to play games. The condo contracts with an umbrella company which has nice, new umbrellas and chairs. The condo itself is spacious with a large kitchen, plenty of seating, a table with four chairs, and tile floor- which is nice with all the sand rather than carpet. The bathrooms are nice and big, and the view out of the glass french doors is of the beautiful ocean. We have a 4-year-old and there were plenty of other kids staying in the building to play with. The owners generously provide trash bags, bathroom soap, a roll of paper towels, and dish soap. With most condos you're lucky to get one roll of toilet paper, so we really appreciated this.

We've stayed all over 30A for the last seven years and have found that Blue Mountain is now our favorite spot. It is easy to get to and doesn't have the traffic of Seaside and Seagrove. It's very close to Santa Rosa for picking up anything you may need.

We do have some recommendations for the owners. The beds are rock hard and don't make for a great night's sleep. I love a hard bed and found these to be way too hard. Two twins in one room would be great over a queen sized bed. There is a moldy/mildewy smell in the space which we smelled the whole time; maybe you need a dehumidifier going when the cleanup is happening to help with this? Providing a grill would be great. Other condos have them. Cell phones do not work inside at all but work on the lawn. There is a DVD player but no movie channels or access to Netflix or Amazon Prime; one or the other is really a must at a beach condo these days. At least two more kitchen towels are needed and a bigger cutting board. Lastly, the noise from upstairs woke us up every morning before 7am. Maybe you could talk them into getting rugs as it does impact your guests' stay.

Owner's Response: Thank you for the great review, it sounds like you really enjoyed your time at Sunseekers 2. The location, seclusion, and beaches really do make this condo a great place to enjoy your family vacation. Your suggestions have been heard and the following changes will be made immediately: luxury bed toppers to soften the beds, a smart TV will be installed in the first bedroom (Netflix, Hulu), a large cutting board added to the kitchen, and a dehumidifier will be run over the next few weeks. The association has strict rules about using a grill and we will continue to follow these rules until they change. Thank you again for the feedback and hopefully these changes will bring you back to Paradise next time!

Exactly as advertised!

If you love the idea of waking up to the waves then this is the spot for you! No extra amenities, no tennis courts, hot tub or pool, but w a view like this one & steps from the beach, the extras seem meaningless. It's a very tranquil retreat. I would stay here again.

Great place for our family vacation

The place was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The beach is right out the back door. The location was close enough to ride bikes to Grayton and Seaside and just a block away from the local ice cream shop. The only thing i would say needs improvement is the mattress. Overall great experience and will definitely booked this place again!!

Nice location, but some drawbacks

The unit is located in a nice area without much traffic. It is nice looking and faces the ocean with a lawn in the view. However the tile floors were dirty, not with litter but leave your white socks dirty. A regular mopping would help. Also you can hear the neighbors upstairs walking around quite clearly.

OH so good

It would be difficult to find a more simple, focus on the relaxing, welcoming atmosphere. The condo is aged some but everything else makes up for it. You have everything you need for just about everything you want. We couldn't believe how big it was, the pictures don't catch the size. Literally, steps away from the ocean, ears filled all day/night with the tranquil ocean sounds. LOVED it!

We had an amazing stay at this property. The location was ideal for my young family.

I hope we will be able to return soon to this property. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect. We were 5 minutes from Seaside if we wanted to go shop or eat but we were far enough to not be caught in traffic. We loved it and would definitely go back.
