This newly renovated 2015,waterfront beach home ,boasts its own private beach with your own private mooring for your boat. Due to the high demand for this beach home and for your safety and ours we will provide limited pictures of the inside of our home . Private viewings also gladly accommodated and welcomed .We will be available to help you navigate the North Fork with any and all suggestions you might request.

We also stay in an adjacent Beachhome where we weekend and summer, if you should have any questions about the property or the North Fork. We will be happy to help you in anyway to help navigate you through the North Fork. Be reassured this is a newly renovated inside and out beach home with everything remembered to ensure your vacation is extra special. NO SMOKING. NO PETS -The peaceful nature of our beachy neighborhood is a big part of its appeal. To help keep it that way, we do not host weddings, proms, parties, or shares.THE OWNERS REQUEST A MAXIMUM TOTAL CAPACITY OF 6 INDIVIDUALS (INCLUDING CHILDREN). ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR WATERFRONT VIEWS !!!!!

We look forward to coming back again and again. Paradise found walking on this pH in swimming was the highlight for our family. So calm peaceful refreshing and safe for the children. Ken and Tiffany were outstanding hosts- coming up with every possible suggestion for activities to do on their beach and on the North Fork. All we needed to do was show up everything else was provided. First Class Beachy vacation!!!

Simply Breathtaking Vacation Rental!!!!

This house is absolutely amazing and the view is spectacular!! You have your own private beach which is so clean and picture perfect. The home is immaculate and well stocked. The beds are extremely comfortable which is important to us. You need to bring your own sheets which I was fine with. The home is minutes away from the wineries, restaurants & shopping. The owners, Ken & Tiffany are probably the most sincere people you would ever want to meet, extremely accommodating, making sure our stay was a great experience. My Memorable Weekend!

What a true beach house! From the decor which has light woods and blue water tones to the waterfront that looks picture perfect in all the open airy windows looking on out to the water gave me the picture perfect weekend I craved! The home is tucked away behind a road therefore the long gravel driveway sets the tone of feeling excluded and leaving your life back home. The house was very clean and rooms were well appointed; master bedroom overlooking the water, 2nd bedroom on other side of home so privacy, and the room with the 2 full beds and 2 single beds is so cozy. The water view is incredible from morning to evening, so peaceful and calming. We took a walk down to the end of your private beach and wow what a sight to explore the other side of the beach merging into the point. Returning we got to see the sunset. The home is so close to town and vineyards, restaurants (minutes away from the best rated restaurant "Granna" which was such a treat as we wanted to try that particular restaurant), and farms that carry the most delicious organic vegetables. Super scenic which is perfect for me as I have a love for photography. I felt rejuvenated from the very first day and I look forward to renting your home again. It was more than renting a home, it was like renting your private land and beach! Thank you Ken for sharing your beautiful home with me, my 40th birthday getaway will never be forgotten!

Owner showed up unannounced in the middle of our stay

We rented this home for our annual winery weekend. When we showed up, we were a little disappointed to see that the house was a bit dated, and that the beach was actually much further than we were lead to believe from the photos. There were also notes all over the place---use these towels, not those, types of notes. None of this was great, but whatever, that's not a deal breaker. The thing we did have a big issue with, however was that the owner let himself into the house in the middle of our stay--without alerting us of his arrival--he literally just walked in while we were all getting ready to go out to dinner. It was extremely unprofessional and given that this was a group of women, it was disturbing. I don't know if he was trying to check up on us or what, but it wasn't appropriate at all. We will not stay here again.

SPECTACULAR PROPERTY! Offers everything you could want in a beach house. A walk to the point. Playing in the clean sand or in the beautiful bay this house has it all. Even when you are in the house - you feel like you are in the water looking out the front window. Plenty of privacy,fun for the kids and even the adults can have some playtime to. Jamesport Vineyards was less than 5 minutes away and there was terrific golfing 10 minutes away. This house has it all and we can't wait to go back! -Not to mention that Ken and Tiffany were super accommodating!
