From the moment you get out of your vehicle and walk directly in with no steps to the keyless entry door you know you have reached your final destination to relax and let the drive or plane ride dissolve away. Cozy and calming once you pull the see thru verticals to the beach you know you are at your true getaway. There are many small appliances to use if you enjoy cooking. There is a full washer and dryer. Since you are staying in our home you have access to the all the water toys and beach towels. Flat screen tv's in LR and both bedrooms. The master has a king and a full private bath. The other bedroom has a queen and twin plus a full bath. There are sand chairs and regular folding chairs stored as you come in the front door. the closet under the steps has all the outdoor toys, floats, boogie boards and noodles for your use.

About owner

We bought the condo after the last big hurricane, redecorated it and have loved having a place you can open the door and walk right out on the beach.

Why owner chose Laguna Beach

The day we saw inside the townhouse it had several inches of sand pushed in by the swollen waters with the glass broken and furniture destroyed. There was one nice plastic rocker that survived the force of the hurricane. We shoved the sand for the gentelman that owned the property because he was unable to come. Once things were under control he mentioned he was going to sell and we were delighted to buy and make it our own. While doing what we thought was a good deed treating the place as if it was ours it turned out to be ours.

What makes this townhome unique

we have just updated downstairs along with bedding and lamps for upstairs. We look foreard to having guests stay in our home away from home making it the same for them.

Best condo and location!

We will definitely be back to this condo! We love the location and love that you just walk straight from the patio to the beach with no steps. We stayed at another unit in the same condo, but this was decorated and maintained much better.

Perfect Getaway

What a great place to get away from it all! Just finished our stay at this place and would love to go back. We really enjoyed being able to step right out into the sand. When you have a toddler it is really nice to be able to have quick access to the home rather it be naps, snacks, or potty breaks. She has all the beach toys you could need and beach chairs. (We used our own just because we weren't sure of the quality of chairs she would have but the ones she had were just as nice as ours.) The kitchen was fully stocked and with 2 coffee makers, 1 regular and 1 Keurig! The owner was super nice and always helpful.

Our only recommendation would be to have a patio rug of some sort to prevent from slipping on the tile out back. It can get slick with the sand and when washing off. We placed one of our beach towels down so our little one wouldn’t fall.

As described in the listing and illustrated in the photos, this beachfront townhome is luxury and style at its best! You want for nothing. The place is stocked from the kitchen to the beach toys to the 3 bathrooms. And everything was in its place and in excellent condition. It's homey yet, sophisticated.

The quality of the bedding, towels (bath & beach!), furniture, decor, entertainment and food prep is all top notch. Beds were particularly comfortable too!

The location is perfect. Not at all near the madness of PCB, yet 3 blocks from the Publix. The beach is deep and powder white. It felt very peaceful and private even though you are DIRECTLY on the sand.

Mary was very responsive! Any time I had to reach out, her response was either immediate, or within a few hours and always with an answer. She's a busy gal, no doubt, but she gets things done.

I would only add 2 criticisms... the bathrooms are dated and small....out of step with the rest of the place. And, that the townhomes are situated in a manner that has you in very close quarters on front (beachside) patio. It wasn't a big deal, but then a larger, louder, smoking group moved in next door, and then I realized how fortunate we were the previous guests were as polite and respectful as they were. But, of course, there's not much Mary would be able to do about that, and it could happen anywhere. Fortunately it was only the 36 hrs and we were gone sailing for half of it. That said, we'd rent again in a heartbeat! If the bad neighbors were there at the beginning, I would have tried to talk it through...for example, maybe not smoke so close to the building?

Look around and compare, you'll see that this one has it all!

Toes in the sand

My wife and I have been using vrbo for many years, and have stayed at dozens of different places. This is the first time I have been compelled to write a review. From the moment we walked in the door, we knew that this property was different than any other we have stayed at. We have stayed at many really nice properties, but none of them compare to this awesome townhouse. It is decorated beautifully, and my wife went on and on about how cute everything was. All of the furniture was good quality and in very good condition, but it was the little things that make all the difference. Mary has thought of everything you could possibly want or need, and many things you probably didn't realize you'd need. The closet full of beach chairs, towels, and toys was stocked full of clean, almost new items. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable, and the linens were high quality. The bath towels were soft and smelled fresh, which is a huge accomplishment for a rental property. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we cooked every night after sampling several of the local seafood restaurants for lunch. And it was especially nice to have soap, paper towels, and toilet paper already there, so we didn't have to run out right after arriving to stock up on those items.

The amenities of this place are all top of the line, but the biggest selling point for us was the location/view. You walk out the sliding door from the living room, and you are on the back porch. Three steps, and you are in the sand. There are no dunes right in front of this porch, like many of the neighboring townhouses, so the view to the water is totally unobstructed. We can't wait to get back to Panama City, and when we do, we will definitely be staying here! Thank you Mary for making everything so easy!!

This place was PERFECT!!! Mary was wonderful to work with and answered any question I had. We were able to walk right out the door onto the sand anytime we wanted. The view was beautiful and the beach was never crowded!! We will be staying here again!

My husband and I have been renting condo's in this beautiful area since we married 26 yrs ago. This was by far the best place we have rented. The owner, Mary, was super nice and great to work with. Check in/out was easy and convenient. I LOVE the location and privacy of this area. It's close to Destin and the Panama City Beach strip, but far enough that you aren't over crowded. You literally step out the door and onto the beach. The view is not obstructed by sand dunes or anything else. If I have my way, I will be an owner of one of these townhouses soon ;) Every place we have rented requires an immediate trip to the store. NOT Mary's place. There was a small supply of everything needed. Anything we bought (besides food) was toward the end of the week and we left it for the next renters, as I'm sure most of ya'll do. Things like trash bags, TP, paper towels, coffee filters, laundry detergent). We will definitely return and this will be our #1 choice. Thank you, Mary, for making this the most relaxing vacation EVER.
