Welcome to Very Merry — a charming Gulf-front townhome designed for effortless beachfront living on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. This beautifully updated end-unit in Pirates Cove Villas offers direct beach access, stunning views, and a relaxed coastal atmosphere perfect for families and small groups.

The Space

This two-story beachfront retreat combines comfort, convenience, and unbeatable proximity to the sand.

Upstairs
The primary suite features a king bed, private balcony with Gulf views, and an en-suite bathroom—ideal for quiet mornings or sunset relaxation. The guest bedroom includes two queen beds, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups.

Main Level
The open-concept living area is designed for gathering, with comfortable seating, a fully equipped kitchen, and dining space. Large windows bring in natural light and showcase the coastal setting. A full-size washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.

This was the second time staying at Very Merry and we loved it so much! Host was responsive views and beach access was unbeatable. Conveniently close to PCB and 30A towns. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. Quiet location. Beds were comfortable. We just love it here and I’m sure we will be back!

This property is absolutely beautiful! Everything has been updated and it has everything you would need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The beach is literally one step off of the back porch, and the water is not far at all. We loved this place and we will definitely be back!
