4 Bedroom Home Steps from the Ocean

This perfect beach cottage is just steps from the beach. Great place for families as well as groups to get away. Close to everything and recently completely remodeled, this home is clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The home features three bedrooms plus sleeping loft, an additional 4th detached bedroom accessible from the private rear deck and 1 1/2 bathrooms. After a day at the beach rinse off in the private outdoor shower and enjoy a glass of wine on the rear deck. The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary modern-day appliances: microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, flatware, pots and pans, etc. All rooms are air conditioned and for your convenience, the house contains washer/dryer, BBQ w/Gas, TV/DVD with Internet Enabled TV Streaming options. Linens, bath towels, beach chairs and umbrella also provided.

We had a great time at Karyn’s house in Ocean Bay Park. The host replied almost immediately to any questions I had. The proximity of the house to the ferry and the beach was great. There was more than enough towels, the beach chairs looked new and there was plenty of them in addition to things we didn’t expect like bug spray and extra sunscreen. My friends liked the house so much they were talking about coming back with their families. Only negative was the bikes on the property were not usable but the host did let me know this in advance. Overall a great experience and I would definitely stay there again.

The grill broke this week and it was already replaced with a new one. I’m sorry I couldn’t get it here for your stay. The chairs are literally new from the end of last season. The salt air here is hard in everything. Again I hope it didn’t keep you from enjoying your stay.

Perfect weekend getaway~

My friends and I come to Fire Island every summer and decided to rent this cute home this year. The house is adorable and clean! They have beach chairs and umbrellas available. It was the perfect size to fit our group. Karyn was very kind and easy going, helped us out with early check in and late check out without a problem. Very quick responses. They recently renovated the love shack and sent us photos when asked. Highly recommend!!!

What a great property! the property manager was very easy to work with and gave us all the information we needed to have a great weekend away. The house is even more spacious than the photos give away and a perfect location! Would definitely re-rent in the future!

Great location, cute house

The house is located extremely close to the beach and the ferry. There are tons of beds and you can sleep a lot of people in the house. It is a bit cozy but suited us fine.

Awesome beach house. Has everything you need and so close to the beach!

Loved the house! Went with a bunch of my girlfriends in our 40s and was just looking for a place where we could relax at the beach during the day, have some drinks with some cheese and crackers at the house and get ready to have a nice dinner out. The place exceeded our expectations and having a backyard and an outdoor shower were great bonuses. Would definitely go back again!!

Beach Retreat

This house had everything I needed for a stay at the beach. It was a short walk from the ferry, and an even shorter walk to the beach. The house was clean, roomy, updated and had everything I needed. The backyard was spacious and private and included a bbq. I definitely plan on going back.

Perfect get away for my family (of 8). Conveniently located close to the beach, clean and fully stocked with many amenities to make it feel like "home away from home". Friendly owners and very accommodating. Will definitely return in the future.

Best 2 weeks at the beach!

Pleasantly surprised by how spacious. Excellent layout for entertaining. Kitchen was well stocked. Backyard was very private. A stones throw to the ocean. Owner was easy to deal with and promptly responded to all our needs.
