About Ree Beavers
We are an adventure loving family from Georgia who fell in love with the great state of Wyoming in 2006. After repeated trips out each year we stumbled upon this little gem tucked away in the Shoshone National Forest. We vacationed here for a few years and fell in love with the town of Dubois. We relocated from Georgia in May 2015 so that we can enjoy the beauty of the area year round. We hope you enjoy the rest and relaxation as much as we do! If so, I'd be happy to help you find your own little slice of Heaven: Ree Beavers, owner/broker, Wind River Property Group, LLC. 307.455.4100 or cell, 678.300.5876

Why Ree Beavers chose Dubois
This cabin is so secluded. The peace and quiet is perfect for those wanting to get away from it all - to forget about the cares of the world for the days that you are here. I like to grab my groceries in Jackson (or Lander if flying in by way of Denver) and then stay for the week without leaving :) However, the cabin is perfectly located for day trips to Jackson, Yellowstone or Grand Teton National Park. It is also only 20 miles from the quaint western town of Dubois (voted one of the best towns to raise a family). The Friday night rodeo is a must during the summer months and the petroglyphs carved into the cliffs/boulders just east of town by the Sheep Eater Indians thousands of years ago makes for a fun day of exploration by kids and history buffs alike. Located right at the edge of the Wind River Indian Reservation a casino is a local attraction for those who think they have a little luck :)
What makes this cabin unique
Original historic cabin located on a trout stream in the middle of the Shoshone National Forest (very few cabins or homes are located inside the National Forest). The cabin has authentic western charm (not a shiny, new 'kit' log home) but with the modern conveniences of DirecTV, unlimited local/long distance phone service, a booster for Verizon cell phone users and WiFi for those that have to do a little work while hibernating. Oh, and let's not forget the stars - with no light polution you can see the milkyway and stars so clearly. Doesn't get much better than this!
