Guestbook comments from the owner

This message is in regard to Vacation Strategy request below. Our stay at

Wyndham Nashville was enjoyable regarding the facility. We agreed to

listen to the sales talk for Wyndham and were offered $100 to listen. We

were told the presentation would be 1 1/2 hours. We were there 4 hours.

There were 3 sales reps that spoke with us. We felt pressured as they

questioned why we would not consider purchasing a time share.

We would stay in this type of facility again. We will never participate in

the high pressured sales pitch.

Regarding Vacation Strategy ~ I called more than once with questions, each

time the representative was helpful, courteous and answered my concerns and

questions. Thank You!

Beautiful place, great location. Their was 3 of us older women and we had plenty of room. We didn't do any cooking, but plenty of room for 2 people and there is room for 3 a little tight with 3 if your watching tv, but don't let this stop you from renting this place. We loved it and it sure beats a hotel by far! I would go there again in a heart beat.

The Unit was clean, well decorated and well stocked. We will stay at this property again.

Very Pleasant Vacation

  • 5 of 5

Was my first time at a resort area such as this and will not be my last after this experience. From the time we arrived everything about it impressed us. The unit was excellent and more than comfortable. We actually checked in 3 hours in advance. Every employee we had contact with was very pleasant and made the stay that much more enjoyable. I have been to Nashville 40 times in the last 10 years and this was by far the best stay ever including a small condo I once owned. Hope to see you again soon.

Nice but small

  • 4 of 5

Nice room. It was tight for 4 but it was just a place to sleep really. Clean. Comfortable. Close to everything. Shuttle service to downtown was nice. A little too chilly for pool.

Nice place, terrible menacing sales pitch breakfast.

  • 2 of 5

We liked the property and got a great deal on the price. The jacuzzi bathtub, indoor and outdoor pools and outdoor hot tub by the pool as well as the shuttle downtown were all nice. The property itself, is attractive and grounds very well kept. That being said if we had not agreed to the breakfast in exchange for discounted access passes to attractions our stay would have been great. We did agree to save money and were told it would take 90 minutes ( 1 hour presentation and 30 minute question and answere) which we thought we could suffer through for the discount. Three hours later and three sales people later we were still trying to leave after clearly saying "NO" over and over. In the beginning the first sales person who was the most friendly told us that yes or no, at the end the meeting would end amicably. This was not the case. We were told to continue to wait and wait for an offer we had to sign and reject. Right around the three hour mark we thought we were finally done when another person was brought in for a "survey". She asked the same questions but in a much more rude and offensive manner. She even tried to shame us for not buying asking "What did you expect when you came in here for this morning...just your free gift...well come on let's get what you came here for." I was upset about the way we were spoken to that whole day and evening, I was also upset my seven year old witnessed it, although it will teach him a good lesson in standing up for yourself and what is right for you no matter how much pressure you receive. I am guessing their "sales" techniques are based on research, but in my opinion coercion and intimidation are not tactics that would EVER make me buy something. Amazingly in the power point presentation, more than once it was mentioned that the company had won ethics awards. I have no idea how that could be possible. The rest of the trip was tinged for me by that extremely negative experience and that last terrible sales person who tried to make us feel less than for staying there without being owners. Likely will never stay at a Wyndham again. If you choose to stay at this property please heed the advice of other reviewers and avoid the breakfast meeting. I wish I had done so.

Nashville Wyndham

  • 5 of 5

The Nashville Wyndham is a beautiful property, very clean and comfortable. Everything in the one-bedroom unit looked new. Great activities were also offered including a shuttle ($10 roundtrip) to downtown Nashville and there are plenty of restaurants and nightlife near the resort. Working with Vacation Strategy to book our accommodations made things really easy, affordable and smooth. I would definitely book with them again.
