The Space:
Welcome to The Burch, your charming and spacious West End retreat. This single-level condo is designed for comfort and style, featuring elegant interiors with soaring ceilings and an open layout that creates a bright, welcoming atmosphere. After a day exploring Nashville, unwind in the airy living area or gather in the expansive kitchen, complete with a stunning large island perfect for socializing.
The private covered patio offers a serene spot for your morning coffee. With high-speed internet access, you can easily handle productive workdays or stream your favorite shows in high definition. This home is thoughtfully designed with accessibility in mind, located within an elevator-serviced building.
Sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom 1: One King Bed and an en-suite Full Bathroom
Bedroom 2: One King Bed
Bedroom 3: One King Bed, one Twin Trundle, and an en-suite Full Bathroom
