Our cozy 2-room apartment is conveniently located in the Mögeldorf district in the east of Nuremberg, on a quiet side street. It accommodates 2–3 adults or 2 adults with up to 2 children. We are close to public transport with a short way to the city center oder the fair.

Our modern apartment is located on the ground floor, measures 48 m², and features a spacious living-dining area and a separate bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, electric stove with oven, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine, kettle). In addition to the bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm), the apartment includes a sofa bed (suitable for children, for example). The apartment accommodates 2 adults (plus up to 2 small children). TV (German channels) and free Wi-Fi are provided. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Bed linen and towels are supplied.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. A cot is available upon request. The apartment is not wheelchair-accessible, as there are two steps at the entrance and space in the bedroom is limited.

Our cozy 2-room apartment is conveniently located in the Mögeldorf district of eastern Nuremberg, situated on a quiet side street. A short walk takes you to the Pegnitztal nature reserve, perfect for strolling, jogging, or cycling. The large Nuremberg Zoo is also right next door. Access to the city center (approx. 10–15 minutes), the trade fair grounds, or the airport (approx. 15 minutes by car; approx. 30 minutes by S-Bahn and U-Bahn) and the motorway (approx. 5 minutes) is equally quick and easy. A short walk brings you to the S-Bahn station, from where you can reach Nuremberg Central Station—and thus the city center and historic Old Town—in just 6 minutes. Buses and trams are also available as alternative transport options. Shops, restaurants, a gym (McFit), parks, the zoo, and playgrounds are all in the immediate vicinity. Free parking is available directly in front of the building.
The apartment is ideal for city breaks, regional holidays, trade fair visits, and business trips. Families with children are very welcome (P.S.: The beautiful Nuremberg Zoo is right around the corner, and the Playmobil FunPark is only about 30 minutes away... plus, there are countless activities nearby for families with children of all ages).
