THE HOME

Grand Ebs View Lodge is a spectacular Adirondack mountain home set high on 23 private acres with expansive views of Ebenezer Mountain and the Sentinel Mountain Range.

Located just minutes from Whiteface Mountain and approximately 20 minutes from Lake Placid and the Olympic Village, Grand Ebs View Lodge offers a rare combination of privacy, dramatic scenery, exceptional indoor and outdoor space, and convenient access to everything the High Peaks region has to offer.

Grand Ebs View Lodge offers more than 4,200 square feet of living space across three levels and is especially well suited for families, multi-family groups, and larger gatherings.

MAIN LEVEL

The main level features a dramatic great room with 26-foot ceilings and a full wall of glass overlooking the mountains.

At the center of the main living area is a large stone fireplace and chimney, creating a striking focal point while connecting the great room, dining room, kitchen, and foyer into one large gathering space.

The kitchen features green shaker-style cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and everything needed to prepare meals at home.

MAIN FLOOR PRIMARY SUITE

The spacious primary suite is located on the main level and includes:

* King-size bed
* Walk-in closet
* Private washer/dryer
* En-suite bathroom
* Whirlpool tub
* Oversized 8' x 4' walk-in shower
* Dual shower heads

The primary suite is handicap accessible, making it especially convenient for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

The upper level includes three bedrooms.

Two bedrooms feature king-size beds.

The third bedroom is designed as a bunk room and includes:

The upper level also includes:

* Large open loft
* Queen futon

The loft overlooks the main living area and offers additional room for lounging or sleeping.

The lower level provides additional sleeping space, recreation areas, and direct access to the outdoor amenities.

Two additional bedrooms are located downstairs:

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS

Winter — December through March
3-night weekend minimum and 2-night midweek minimum.
MLK Weekend and Presidents' Day Weekend require a 4-night minimum.

Late Spring — May 15 through the last weekend of June
3-night weekend minimum and 2-night midweek minimum.
Memorial Day requires a 4-night minimum.

Summer — July and August
Generally a 7-night minimum depending on the week and availability. Sunday-to-Sunday stays are preferred.

Fall — September and October
3-night weekend minimum and 2-night midweek minimum.
Labor Day, Columbus Day Weekend, and Thanksgiving require a 4-night minimum.

Christmas & New Year's
Christmas stays generally require a 5-night minimum.
New Year's stays generally require a 7-night minimum.

Shorter stays may occasionally be possible depending on availability.

PETS

Pets are welcome and must be disclosed during the booking process.

A mandatory $200 pet fee applies. This fee helps cover a separate specialized post-pet cleaning process designed to remove pet hair and allergens out of consideration for future guests who may have allergies.

EVENTS & GATHERINGS

Certain types and sizes of events may be permitted.

All events and gatherings must be disclosed and explicitly approved by the owner prior to booking.
