With approximately 100 m² of living space, it accommodates up to 6 people and is the ideal starting point for a relaxing holiday on Sylt. The apartment features three separate bedrooms, each equipped with spacious wardrobes that offer plenty of storage space. The spacious living area with a TV invites you to relax and unwind. The open-concept, fully equipped kitchen—featuring a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a cosy dining nook—flows seamlessly into the living area, creating a welcoming atmosphere for spending time together. From here, you have direct access to the private terrace. Two bathrooms provide additional comfort: one with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer, and another with a bathtub. The thatched-roof Frisian house is situated on a lovingly maintained, approximately 4,000 m² property with a spacious garden. Here you’ll find additional beach chairs, patio furniture, and sun loungers—perfect for enjoying the fresh North Sea air and spending relaxing hours surrounded by nature. The quiet location in the south of Westerland combines relaxation with easy access to nearby amenities. Depending on the beach access point, the beach is about a 5–10-minute walk away, and the centre of Westerland is about 10–15 minutes away. Wi-Fi and free parking round out the amenities. Pets are allowed for a fee. Please note: The basement is accessible only via stairs.
