Tenga en cuenta que tenemos políticas muy estrictas de Spring Break y que no se alquilan a menores de 25 años. Requerimos que haya un adulto mayor de 25 años por cada dos personas menores de 25 años. Solo tomamos vacaciones familiares. ¡Sin excepciones!

Esta planta única hará que disfrute todos los aspectos de este condominio.

Vista completa al golfo desde el dormitorio principal, amplio balcón, sala de estar, comedor y incluso la cocina!

La sala de estar / comedor y cocina están abiertos que le permite disfrutar de conversar con todo el mundo, mientras que la preparación de comidas o cócteles!

La suite principal cuenta con una cama king, sala de lectura con vistas al golfo, TV, enorme baño principal w / tina de baño con ventana mirando hacia el golfo, soporte separado sola ducha, lavabos dobles y zona de inodoro separado. La cabina de armario principal es como una habitación en sí. Muy habitación y un gran lugar para guardar su equipaje una vez que haya descomprimido!

Dos dormitorios se encuentran en 1704E, incluyendo otra suite principal! El segundo dormitorio de invitados también cuenta con una cama doble y baño privado. El tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales y está justo al lado del tercer cuarto de baño de tamaño completo! Ambas habitaciones de huéspedes cuentan con vistas al pleno vuelo de la ciudad de Destin y balcones laterales ciudad.

Mientras que usted está descansando después de un largo día en la playa ponerse al día en los deportes o el tiempo en su televisor de pantalla plana, situado en la sala de estar!

También este edificio está situado entre la pista, Big Kahunas parque acuático y muy cerca de la arcada de la grasa populares papá! ¡Toneladas de restaurantes y tiendas también están cerca!

Esta unidad se alquila de sábado a sábado solo con un mínimo de 5 noches durante las vacaciones de primavera, verano pico y otoño.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time in Destin on our family vacation. The rental was clean and had plenty of room for 4 of us. The view from the balcony is amazing! Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our family vacation to Destin. Staying in this condo was so nice with the gorgeous views. Two nice pools and two hot tubs. We used a wheelchair in this condo. This condo does not have an open concept, but it was still easy to maneuver the wheelchair through. Condo was clean and location was perfect.

Condo was clean but needs to be updated. Couldn’t get a beach chair on front row all week. Enjoyed the pool and bar at pool. Check in and out was very easy.

Have been coming to Destin for 20 years and this is the nicest condo we have stayed in!

The condo was tastefully decorated, clean and felt roomy enough that we felt we were at home. Great for three couples are a large family. Would highly recommend the condo and complex !

Great condo!

This was our first time to Destin and we had a wonderful experience. The condo was better than the pictures; well appointed and very clean. The beach area is beautiful and the folks running the beach set up (chair & tent rentals) were great and super accommodating to our large group. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice condo in well maintained building.

The condo was nice and clean. The building and pools are well maintained. The beach area is beautiful, of course. We had three adult couples and two young children. There was plenty of living space and a bathroom for each bedroom. We would stay here again. The management company was excellent and went the extra mile.

Great condo

The location and condo was great. The food and service at the Tipsea Turtle which is the on site bar was really good. The only downside to the condo itself was the mattress in the master bedroom. It was very hard and felt cheap. However this would not stop me from staying at this condo again.

1704E Little outdated but still nice.

Room size was great and appliances were great but needs a Keurig and the furniture and decor were a tad dark and outdated. Michelle at Destin Beach Realty was great and helpful.

A great place in Destin

We had an amazing time! The place was clean and met our family needs. The view is incredible! We saw stingrays, dolphins, and sharks from the balcony! The instructions were clear and the property management was easy to get a hold of. Check in/out you have to bring the keys to the property management office. The place is a little dated and the carpet has some stains. A more comfortable mattress in the master bedroom is needed. I weould definately consider staying here again!

Great balcony

Wonderful area. Not clean. Half empty water bottles, used soap, fruit behind curtains. Didn’t like having to pick up and drop off keys off site in horrendous traffic. Needed crib or pac n play.

Enjoyable time had by all

Nice place, very clean and kept up. Easy access to beach and pool. Comfortable beds. If I had 1 small complaint is very difficult when you arrive , have to go off site to retrieve keys and passes. Which wouldn’t be a problem but GPS takes you way off base. Luckily my daughter went right to condo to wait and ran into another agent who gave her land marks to find ( it really is easy and right off on 98). So we will definitely stay again. Thank you

Silver Beach Towers #1704e

We are a family of 6. 3 teens and a 10 year old. The unit was very clean and very spacious. Everything was in good working condition. The location was perfect as it was oceanfront. This was our first time to Destin and we will return. We could walk to many things or get in the car and drive a few minutes. The inky thing that would have made it better was if there was a restaurant on site. Realty agency made it very easy and sent us all the information we needed before arrival to prepare us for our stay.

Not the best unit.

cockroach In the balcony. Master bedroom have fly with maggot. Very terrify. Overall building facility is convenient but the unit is not satisfactory.

Best views - great girl's weekend getaway!

My mom, sister, sister-in-law and I stayed here for 2 nights for a girl's weekend. It was the perfect weekend to go - spring break was over and school was not out yet, so it was not nearly as busy as previous visits (traffic, restaurants, beaches, etc.). The condo was beautiful. Floor to ceiling glass doors give the perfect view from the 17th floor. The patio was perfect for morning coffee and people watching. Beautifully decorated. Would love to visit again!! Check-in and check-out were very easy (just wish the office was located closer to the condo). The parking spot in the garage is VERY nice to have! Conveniently located near elevators. Make sure to bring any ziploc bags, saran wrap, foil, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, soap, etc. that you may need during your stay.

A Tired Condo

This property was listed to sleep 8 … there was barely room for 4 adults + 1 child in living area. Very cramped. The furniture on the balcony had mildew and stains on fabric cushions and the “woven synthetic” on rest of chairs was very worn. Having rented other condos at this property, this unit was definitely subpar … from nicked paint on walls to the bath towels seeing a better day. Compared to others, ill appointed as well. Overall … a very tired condo. Would not rent this space again but Silver Beach Towers is a great property with other wonderful units.
