 Bienvenue dans la magnifique Gulf Shores Plantation, une résidence fermée offrant plus de 4000 pieds de plage privée, une façade de plage blanche, des dunes de sable naturelles et un magnifique aménagement paysager bien entretenu. Les activités sont disponibles pour tous les âges et parfaites pour les escapades en famille.

Notre condominium nouvellement et fraîchement décoré a une vue impressionnante sur le golfe DIRECT, et est entièrement meublé et bien entretenu pour votre plaisir et votre confort. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec cuisinière, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, cafetière, grille-pain et mixeur. La copropriété a également WiFi, deux téléviseurs, DVD, câble, magnétoscope et un lecteur CD.

La chambre a un lit queen-size et le salon a un canapé-lit. L'unité a également deux lits superposés intégrés. Linge de maison, fer et tous les ustensiles de cuisine fournis. L'établissement propose une laverie automatique. Ce complexe est à côté du parcours de golf de Kiva Dunes, classé au niveau national, et à quelques minutes des restaurants, des boutiques et des divertissements de Gulf Shores.

This condo at the Plantation in the Ft Morgan/Gulf Shores area is a nice location with a beautiful balcony view of the Gulf. It’s a cozy one bedroom unit that is okay for a couple who want to have a quick and quiet getaway on the uncrowded beach.

Excellent location with lovely view of the gulf from the balcony. Host is helpful and friendly and responds quickly. Would be helpful to add a ladder up to the top bunk bed - it was tricky boosting my son up each night and helping him down in the mornings. Overall, a great place to stay and we plan to return!

The good news is that the property manager was quick on communication. The bad news is that this property is bare bones and desperately needs an overhaul. Besides the worn and outdated condition, the condo’s size was shocking - It’s TINY! No room for toiletries in the bathroom (btw, bathtub was gross with hair and sand). There isn’t even enough room for luggage without it being the way. The unit really only has one sleep arrangement and that one was sagging with aged linens and gross pillows. The “bunk beds” were deemed unsafe because they were too narrow and lacked a ladder. The pads were ridiculously thin and sad. The sofa bed had no linens. In fact, the entire unit lacked linens and towels (existing ones were old and/or stained). Did I mention the sand in both the bunk bed and main bed?Suggestions to make the condo acceptable are: (1) Replace the uncomfortable furniture and mattresses. Add an end table or two, especially on the patio. (2) Make it easier to turn lights on/off. 3) Supply a kitchen that isn’t bare-bones and unclean. Did I mention the yucky, sticky surface on kitchen counters and drawers? Even the TV did not live up to the published description. The TV was not basic cable, but a slim-down version with some channels being scrambled video. Overall, this unit desperately needs a major upgrade. It is not worth the price advertised.

Tisa's unit was Outstanding! Everything was tidy upon arrival and in it's place. Check is was smooth and quick. (Make sure to bring your prefilled out Parking Form, makes getting onto the property go smoothly at the guard house).Location! Location! Location!... The view from this unit's balcony is breath taking. Looking Straight southward over the dunes & across the Gulf of America. This alone is worth the "Price of Admission"!!!Communication was quick and easy with Tisa both before and during our stay. Any issues or concerns were addressed as requested and in a timely manner.The Plantation Condo's are well kept and the grounds/beach are beautiful. "Family Friendly" and NOT ever like a "Spring Break" Obnoxious crowd. The wifie & I will be bringing our Adult Children "Grands" back here in the future.

We can’t walk on the beach anymore due to health problems, so sitting on the balcony in the sun watching the waves was the next best thing. We did get to the pool seen from the balcony since it was so close. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.
