I would give this property 10 stars if I could! I have never been to this part of Michigan and it is so beautiful. This seems to be a family home: beautifully appointed and cared for. We had a wonderful time gathering family for the reunion close by! Thank you for sharing:)

House was wonderful, great locations, loved the 3 full bathrooms and kitchen. .3 miles from restaurants and stores. Downtown Petoskey was a great town to visit. We were given an incorrect code to get into the house, luckily we were able to quickly contact the off hours support and they provided us the correct code. We would recommend this house to anyone visiting Petoskey.

We had a lovely week in this beautiful home. We enjoyed the front porch, sitting in our chairs enjoying the fresh air! You can walk to nearby shopping areas and restaurants. The deck is really nice and we cooked out on the grill. Petoskey is centrally located between Traverse City and Mackinaw City, easy travel either way.

Place is amazing and in a great location. We would stay again. There is actually one more bed than was listed. We only used it because we had someone get in from the airport late, so they didn't wake anyone up! The bathroom space is great as well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Classic Victorian. There was plenty of space for our family to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked so we could cook meals. It's about a half mile walk to shops which was wonderful for Roast & Toast for lunch, Noggin Room for dinner and Murdicks!The only negative was that the yard was all torn up so my grandsons had no where to play and we weren't notified.

Neat and comfortable. The only problem was there were no A/C , and the house was uncomfortably warm considering that the temperatures were in the 90s during our stay. It could be a worthwhile investment for the owner to install A/C in the house.

Petoskey House

We loved the location as we were able to walk to town. We enjoyed having a big front porch and side deck. It was great having four bedrooms and baths.

Outstanding communication and responsiveness, perfect location

The house is lovely and the management company was incredibly helpful with stellar response times. One point of note - and this is NOT a complaint - the house is a Victorian with furniture/decor to match that style. If members of your party are taller or larger (both my son and husband are 6’2”), they may not be as comfortable (e.g,lower headroom by one of the stairways, lower ceilings in bathrooms, smaller couches/chairs). But a lovely property and when we’re back in the area, we wouldn’t hesitate to work with this company again.

Annual sister/cousin weekend

A simply lovely home. There was plenty of room for 6 of us to all have our own beds. Plenty of bathrooms, two comfy living rooms, a well stocked kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property if you have a larger group.

Excellent vacation paradise

I cannot say enough about this 5 star property. Everything you could possibly need-it has! Excellent location to downtown Petoskey-easy walk. Every room was fully stocked and we needed nothing. Although Victorian in house architecture, each room has been remodeled with modern features and updated decor. I can’t think of a single thing negative. We went during Petoskey Christmas Open House, Dec 5-7, 2024 and everything was snow covered. It was beautiful

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This charming house has been nicely updated and meticulously maintained so our experience was wonderful from the moment we stepped in. We were a group of 5 women and there as ample bedroom and bathroom space for everyone to enjoy their own retreat. The location was ideal, there was plenty of parking space, and excellent communication by the management team. Nearly everything you needed was waiting at the house (except extra boxes of tissues; there was only one). Departure rules were short and simple so we were able to vacate earlier than the required time. We had a fantastic time in Petoskey and staying at this property made it that much better.
