Condominio actualizado, moderno en el ópalo, corazón de la playa de Dewey!

Recientemente renovado, nuestro condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños está ubicado en el corazón de la playa de Dewey. Estamos a 1 cuadra de la playa, a 1 cuadra de la bahía, y sólo un corto paseo a cualquiera de los famosos restaurantes y bares de Dewey. ¿Quieres un cambio de escenario? Un corto trayecto en coche o en el tranvía Jolly te pone en Rehoboth Beach, a poco más de una milla de distancia, donde se puede disfrutar de las numerosas tiendas, restaurantes y playas también.

Aquí no encontrará muebles anticuados ni una decoración áspera. Nuestro condominio, decorado con buen gusto e impecablemente limpio, cuenta con una hermosa cocina de concepto abierto con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, que se abre a una amplia sala de estar (con sofá cama) con excelente Vistas de la carretera costera emocionante y emocionante. El dormitorio principal y el baño adjunto incluye una cama de matrimonio, y nuestra segunda habitación en el pasillo incluye una cama de tamaño completo y una cama doble. El segundo cuarto de baño es de fácil acceso al segundo dormitorio y salón.

Este condominio es ideal para familias (parque infantil dentro del bloque), o parejas que buscan una escapada! Nuestra familia también disfruta de este condominio durante todo el año, y lo cuidamos como nuestra propia casa.

Alquiler de viernes a viernes, o de domingo a domingo solamente.

Beautiful condo

The condo was absolutely beautiful. The condo is centrally located in Dewey making it close to all restaurants and shops.The owner was readily available for any questions and always answered promptly. We would definitely rent again.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!

This was our first time staying in Dewey and we LOVED everything about the property and Dewey! Our children are 22 & 24 and they loved the close proximity to the coffee shops and hot spots. All 4 of us loved the quick 1.5 block walk to the beach. The parking garage was easy and close to the condo. We did not utilize the pool, but we really thought that we would, we ended up having long beach days. Walking to drinks and/or dinner was really a nice feature of this location. We would highly recommend. The owners were very easy to communicate with.

Fun weekend with my family and adult children

This condo is cute and clean! It looks just like the pictures, we had a great day, easy, walk to Dewey nightlife and about a two minute walk to the beach. We could drive quickly to Rehoboth restaurants, and would have ridden bikes if it had not been raining. I would give this a 10 out of 10, we will be back if it’s available.

Great vacation close to the beach

The condo was in a great location, within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Everything was in good shape and the kitchen was well stocked. We had a little trouble opening the lockbox but we eventually accessed the key. Great vacation!

Great beach condo!

The condo is right in the heart of Dewey. Easy and quick walk to the beach. Very clean with modern finishes. The second bedroom has a full bed and a bunk bed.

Great spot for end of summer family vacation.

Awesome location in Dewey to vacation before the kids go back to school. Perfect size for a family of 4. Property owner was was very helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely rent again.

Amazing Experience!

We stayed there as a family of 6 and had plenty of space. The place was very clean and was perfect for what we needed. It was a short walk to the beach (which we did everyday) and our kids loved the pool as well. There were some great restaurants nearby and Rehoboth is a quick drive or you can jump on the Jolly Trolley. This was our first trip to the area, and we can't wait to come back!!

Cute condo in a great locaton

This condo was the perfect size for our family. It was clean and updated and in the perfect location. Within walking distance to everything! The 2 parking spaces and 2 full bathrooms were the icing on the cake. I would highly recommend staying here on your next trip to Dewey.

Loved this condo!! Perfect location, family friendly and were thrilled with our visit!

This condo was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for all of us. The short walk to the beach made it perfect for our children especially when they needed a nap or lunch and the pool was great to visit in between beach days. We loved the location because we were able to walk to many restaurants and we rode the Jolly Trolley twice to Rehoboth for evening entertainment. The owner was wonderful to work with and answered any questions we had!! We definitely will be coming back here again!!

Excellent choice for my first vacation week in Dewey Beach. Beautifully furnished felt like home!

Walked into the door and it felt like home. Modern decor, clean excellent layout. We felt like we were visiting someone’s home or staying at a friends verses a renting a tired worn beach themed unit. So tastefully done! Highly recommend and if we decide to return to Dewey we’d check in for this particular space first! Easy communicating with owners! A wonderful experience renting via Home Away eliminating the real estate agent, line waiting to pick up keys & having access to owners should problem arise! We had zero! Door lock and blinds a challenge but knew in advance! Again so refreshing! Owners hands on and care! Thank You!

Opal location the best!

Great well appointed very clean Condo in the Heart of Dewey Beach. Short walk to the Ocean, night life, Resturants. My family looking forward to staying here again summer if 2017! Thanks for an awesome week!

Condo rental for a week in August 2016

Nice condo. Good location. Very convenient to a variety of stores, restaurants and the beach. Nice having 2 parking spots and access to pool. Minor issues: some blinds were not functioning properly; rooms could use more light; master bed squeaked a lot, which may be tough on light sleepers; sleep sofa very uncomfortable. Wish it had a balcony, but you can't have everything.

The Condo short walk to the beach and restaurants. Condo amenities were great.

The condo was updated and spacious. We had 5 people living in the condo for a week and did not feel cramped. We were so close to the beach, a variety of restaurants, beach shops, Rehobeth boardwalk, a ten minute ride to Bethany to meet some friends. Just an overall great location and a fun vacation.

Week-A-Way

Overall good... Very Good (Two couples). Good location and great parking. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen met our needs. Here are a couple things to do for getting to Excellent! 1. Replace all box springs. they are noisy and sag a bit. mattresses are great. 2. Replace the two sitting chairs in LR with reclining chairs of some sort or ottomans for existing. 3. Larger flat screen TV in LR and cable in bedrooms for when retiring for the night. Items two and three become critical in the case of bad weather. We would attempt to book same place if returning to Dewey. Thanks!

Great condo in Dewey

The condo was lovely and arranged in a way that fit our needs just perfectly (2 grandparents, mom and dad of an 8 year old and 5 year old). The decor was quite nice--and had plenty of sitting area in the living room for us all. We ate most meals out, but the kitchen was convenient for morning coffee, sandwiches, and snacks. The best thing was the convenience of just walking across the street and being on the beach. My grandsons loved it that we could be there in 5 minutes or less. Also convenient were several restaurants in walking distance: The Rusty Rudder, The Starboard, Woodies, Grotto Pizza, etc. If you want to go into Rehobeth (Funland was a must for us!) you don't have to drive--just take the Jolly Trolley. The owner was great about providing information. We loved Dewey Beach--less crowded than Rehobeth were we've stayed before. We'll be back next summer!

Family Get-Away

The location of this condo could not be more perfect. Once you arrive, there is no need to drive your car unless you want to make a short trip to the outlets or a larger grocery store. The beach is clean and the water was perfect for skim boarding or frolicking in the waves. Everyone is really friendly in the condo and pool time felt like a larger family affair. I traveled with my family that included 2 toddlers. The playground, movies on the beach, and their weekly bonfires are very accessible. The condo is very cute. I have extremely high standards when it comes to cleanliness (we travel with our own cleaning supplies) and were there a few glitches, but the owner was very accessible and are working on the concerns that I expressed during our stay. We would consider renting this place next year because I do believe that they will make sure the issues are fixed prior to our next stay. It was a lovely family vacation.

Fireworks and Fun at Dewey Beach!

We had a fun week over the 4th of July. We could easily walk from the condo to the beach or the pool or even Rehoboth Beach. If you don't want the walk to Rehoboth, there's the Trolley. We enjoyed several of the local Dewey spots too - Starboard and Rusty Rudder were great!!
