NOW BOOKING FOR SUMMER 2026!

Beautiful and exceptionally clean (nonsmoking/no vaping and no pet!) two bedroom/two bathroom fifth floor direct oceanfront penthouse in midsize building with sparkling pool. Breathtaking views and soothing sound of the surf throughout!

Spacious and attractively decorated in relaxed coastal style. New sofas in living room this year providing plenty of comfortable seating along with a large screen television. Fully updated and outfitted kitchen and a dining area offering a view of the bay.

Comfortable attractively decorated bedrooms with television in each. King size bed in primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two full size beds in second bedroom. Full sized front load washer and dryer for your convenience.

All rooms (except bathrooms) have absolutely spectacular unobstructed views and enter onto a 40' direct oceanfront balcony furnished with lounges, seating and cafe set. Enjoy morning coffee, afternoon shade and evening cocktails!

Ideal location on uncrowded beach just minutes to many great restaurants, shopping, entertainment and water sports.

Note: As an owner managed unit in the building, we are pleased to be able to provide an earlier check-in time of 2 pm and a later check-out time of 10 am!
Inseason we are normally a Sunday-Sunday rental. Bed linens and towels are not provided.

Beach front! Well stocked kitchen. Great restaurants & shopping nearby. No crowded beaches. Friendly people. Great swimming pool onsite. I hope to visit again next year!
