Myrtle Beach Golf

Exceptionally comfortable and convenient location to enjoy golf. Owner was very helpful and responsive during our stay. Our best visit to MB and would definitely re-book this property.

Spacious and welcoming...

The decor is lovely, and the layout worked very well for us and our young adult children. The bedrooms aren't all right next to each other, which gives everyone some private space. If we come to Myrtle Beach again, I'll book here again.

Great Place!

The place was very spacious and clean. Easily accessible and quiet, it was a great place for our family as our 2 teenage boys had their own rooms. Everything is as advertised and we will definitely stay again if we get back to Myrtle Beach. Hector was fantastic to work with and checked in to make sure we were having a good time, he is a terrific host!

This place was Perfect! Talk about feeling like you are at home. Hector was wonderful to work with, I feel that he really cared that we were comfortable in his condo and that everything was as good as it could be for us. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here for your trip to Myrtle Beach. It will be the first place I check for availability the next time I’m coming down. Amazing property and owner.

This property was beyond what photos could give you. Great location, great owner who's communication was off the charts. And the place itself was more than we ever could ask. There's no place we have plans to stay at when we go but here. I would advise anyone coming to this area to come here.

Excellent Stay!

I couldn't be any more pleased with the condo we stayed in. Very roomy (we had a total of 7 people) and SUPER clean. Hector was very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process, from booking to checking out. The neighborhood was quiet and close to the beach, Broadway at the Beach, and Myrtle Waves. This is definitely somewhere that I will be staying on my next trip to Myrtle Beach. You cannot go wrong with this condo and the owner. Loved, Loved, Loved it...

Flawless !

Thank you for the use of your beautiful condo right in the heart of Myrtle Beach. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out! This is the perfect spot for anyone visiting the beach - right in the middle of everything. Hector was always in contact making sure everything was up to par - which is not as common as you would think (and I have rented a lot of properties on VRBO). We will definitely be back! ! !

Beautiful condo and area

We loved everything about this condo. It was absolutely perfect. The place was immaculately kept. We loved that it was a large space with room for all of us (3 adults and 4 children). Hector was great. He called shortly after I had booked my stay, to let me know about the condo and the area. He also checked in with me multiple times during and after our stay to make sure everything was going and well and that we had everything we needed. If we come back to Myrtle Beach, we will definitely stay here again. Such a good experience all around!

Best Condo Ever

Hector and Iris have the best condo rental we have ever stayed at. You can tell that everything is upscale and there was nothing that was left to want. The kitchen had everything imaginable that you needed to cook with. The condo was decorated with all the finishing touches. Overall just a beautiful place and would love to stay there again. The communication with Hector was perfect, and our family could not have been happier with anywhere else. If you have a chance to rent this unit from Hector and Iris you will not be sorry.

Perfect for a family vacation with Bonus for Dad!

My family and my sister's family vacation together every year. We often have difficulty finding a place that suits everyone-from the teens to toddlers to us old folk. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this location because it has something for all of us. The kids loved the pools and lazy river. The men loved the gold course. I loved the peacefulness of sitting by the pond reading while the kids went to the pool. The condo is very nice and spacious enough for the nine of us. If I were to make suggestions for improvement, I would say to upgrade the bedding and add more towels (We were a group of 9 with only 5 or 6 towels. I purchased some while there for everyone to have one towel each.) Everything else is perfect! I would recommend this vacation spot to friends and plan on returning myself.

We are sorry about the misunderstanding and the miscommunication about the towels, this unit can only accommodate eight guests. We are glad that you were able to access the lazy river, but please note that the lazy river is private property and is not accessible to us.

Beautiful and Spacious Condo

My family and my sister's family came down for the Cal Ripken Tournament. To say we had a houseful would be an understatement....however, due to the layout and spaciousness of this condo, we never felt as if we were on top of each other. This condo is beautifully furnished and had anything you could ever need to make your stay a relaxing one. Hector and Iris are wonderful to work with...very accessible, considerate and involved in making sure our stay was a perfect one. The condo is close to anything and everything you could want to see or do. They left us pamphlets, coupon books and a whole host of other flyers to entice us to explore Myrtle Beach. The outdoor patio was a dream and we sat drinking coffee in the morning and enjoying the peacefulness of the evening in this space. I would most definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a first class experience!

Nice Condo!

Very clean. Location makes it easy to navigate to various local destinations. Owner called before approving our rental for an "interview" and insisted we submit an additional deposit or purchase an additional, nonrefundable insurance policy ($70), which is my only complaint. I was reminded multiple times about the wood floors and taking off our shoes and the threat of losing our deposit if they became damaged . One reminder is understandable, multiple times became mildly annoying. Overall this is a great condo as long as you are clean and can tolerate house rules and additional deposit/insurance policy.

Best Friends Adventure, Myrtle Beach and more! 05/2023

GREAT Condo! My two best friends and I would like to thank Hector and Iris for allowing us to stay in their fantastic condo! Hector is very easy to communicate with and VERY kind! We appreciate him checking in with us during our stay. We stayed a week in the middle of May 2023. Upon our first walk into the condo, we were so excited to see just how lovely it really is!! It was clean, spacious, and very well stocked. The condo is ground level and perfectly located in a very clean and quiet community. We felt very safe, even returning later at night. We absolutely loved this condo, although the screened in lanai has to be our favorite part. The lanai is located at the rear of the condo facing north so you don't have the sun beating in on you while you enjoy the lovely pond out back. The pond has 2 fountains that light up at night and it is beautiful. The fountains are not loud. The lanai is amazing for morning coffee! We were so busy we didn't even get to check out the pools, but we heard they are great. The location of this condo is truly close to everything. It is located close to the beach, Broadway at the Beach, Carolina Opry, Legends, Blueberry Cafe, Cracker Barrel, Barefoot Landing, Hook and Barrel (just a few of the places we explored). Murrell's Inlet is a short drive, Charleston is about 2 hrs away. If you have the opportunity to rent this condo you will not be sorry! We would stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you very much! Bad first impression

The property manager was very pleasant and accommodating. Unfortunately whoever he has cleaning the property between renters is who ruined my experience. I chose the property because of the cleanliness of the photos and all of the positive reviews. Then I was even more pleased when hector communicated thru every step of the way. Even offering us to go check in a day early because the baseball schedule was altered. Upon arrival the floor was dirty. Many dead bugs laying around inside and on the porch. The countertops were dirty. Freezer was dirty. It just wasn’t clean. The beds were made so we called hector to see if we arrived too early maybe the cleaning crew hasn’t gotten there. He said they had and he was very apologetic. Even called after the stay to say it’s been on his mind and he will rectify the situation. But we booked a condo for a more comfortable experience and to save some money on eating out for a week. Due to what we walked in to we not only did not eat there or cook there but u also spent $200 on cleaning supplies, candles, and bedding because I couldn’t sleep on what was provided. I didn’t share the fact that we spent that with hector because he felt bad enough. We left a day early as soon as my son was done his tournament. I really do believe that hector will take care of this and he will not have this problem again.

I am disappointed to read this review. The renter and I were in communication often and I made several attempts to correct any issues which were all refused. When I was told that the condo did not seem adequately cleaned, I offered to send a cleaning person by and the renter refused this service. I offered to have an exterminator come by the unit and the renter refused this service as well. When I spoke to the renter two days after they left the property I was never told that they spent money on cleaning supplies or bedding. This seems rather excessive considering we have had over 43 positive reviews and no one has ever complained about the property being dirty. I attempted to resolve their concerns several times and they refused every time.

Awesome place & great location

Hector was great to deal with! Very prompt in getting back to me with all my questions (usually within 5 minutes). Spacey & clean accommodations with everything that you would need. Had all the required paper products, soaps and storage bags/containers. This was awesome, since we have rented many places thru VRBO and many of these things were missing.
