We are glad that you LOVED your stay at Magnolia Pointe! It is a great vacation spot just minutes from everything the Grand Strand has to offer its' Guests. We hope that you will come to visit again soon!

We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us! The location is PERFECT being close to the beach, shopping, dining, and entertainment. Unfortunately, this is a ground-level unit so while it comes with its' perks it has its' disadvantages too, but there is onsite security that we can call for after-hours noise if it gets out of hand. It is a Great Location just minutes from the beach and yes, the pool right out back from the screened-in porch is a HUGE PERK for this condo. We apologize again for the cleaner making the mistake of trying to show the unit during your stay. She got the dates mixed up, and we do apologize for any inconveniences. Thanks for your detailed feedback Steve. We have had the blinds and light bulbs replaced. I have relayed the additional recommended items to the owner as well. It is super nice to have the pool right out the back door, but unfortunately, as we discussed we don't have any control over the hours or closures. The HOA regulates all of those decisions. We do hope that you will visit us again soon at the great location that Magnolia Pointe has to offer its' guests.
