Gourmet kitchen with new stainless appliances, washer & dryer, upscale furnishings, flat screen TV's, , screened porch, master bdrm has king bed, adjoining balcony and adjoining dressing area with sink, separate full bath with new shower, second full bath has been completely remodeled and has access to second bedroom with twin beds. Dining table with chairs for 6, kitchen bar with 3 stools, double bed and trundle in loft. Unit sleeps 7. Wifi and cable T.V. provided, 3 TV's and which are smart TV's.

This was a great location. Short walk to the beach. Nice pool. The screened in porch was nice to sit on in the evening. Very clean and had everything our family of 5 needed.

Great summer stay

We loved our stay in Dune Allen! The location was perfect for us. We loved the quiet neighborhood with close access to both Destin and Seaside. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We will be back!

Great place to stay!

This is a beautifully decorated and appointed condo. It was very clean and well maintained. It is an easy walk to the beach and located in one of the more peaceful areas of Hwy 30-A. The pool was a nice size and everyone seemed to be respectful of the rules and quiet hours. The owners were very accessible for questions. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a great, safe place to stay. We hope to visit again soon.

Our family loved our stay in Dune Allen Beach! The condo had everything we needed. The kitchen was well supplied to prepare dinner each night. It was wonderful to have such an easy walk to the beach whether during the morning or evening hours. The condo was spacious and well-suited for our family's needs.

Perfect location! Relaxing beach getaway.

Pros: location, location, location This condo is such an easy walk to the beach. You also have private beach access which I think is a bit confusing for some people. You basically walk across 30A straight from condo parking lot onto the beach access and then once down at the beach all the beach area to your left is for the Palms condos. Palms North (this condo) and the Palms condos that sit facing the ocean. Highly recommend using Southern Beach Rentals for beach chairs and umbrellas. Our beach spots were reserved for us daily in the same spot, which made getting to the beach super simple without lugging a bunch of equipment. Stocked kitchen; I’ve stayed at many rentals and the kitchen items has always been sub-par. Janice has obviously put a lot of thought and detail into making the kitchen very functional for all your cooking needs. Cons; Really our only complaint is that the condo could use a deep a clean. Fan in master bedroom and laundry room were very dusty. Seems like the cleaning crew is probably rushed for time in between next guests. We had sand in our bed upon the first night of getting into it. Windows were streaky. Lamps by the bedside didn’t have working bulbs. Very minor things. Overall; would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful decor, excellent location

Beach access was just across 30A, a very short walk. The unit was very nicely remodeled and decorated. Our only complaints were how dusty it was, and a few amenities lacking for such an expensive rental. Not many toiletries included. Had to buy TP & paper towels. Asked to do laundry (towels), but didn’t have laundry detergent or pods. No hand soap at the kitchen sink. Minor issues. Would love to visit again.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Clean comfortable accommodations steps away from the beach. All amenities as listed. Excellently stocked kitchen (including a bar cart for mixing cocktails 😊)! Pool was a lovely added bonus. Beds super comfortable- especially the dreamy master king bed! Owners quick to respond - check in was a breeze. Had a great time and would come again!

This property is truly a hidden gem! We had the BEST family vacation together and this property surely had a hand in that! Everything that you needed was available in the unit. The beach accessibility was amazing and so easy with small children. Check in and out was very simple and easy. I had a minor question about the unit and the owner was very quick and kind to respond. We cannot wait to stay here again!

Wonderful Week at the Beach!

I can not stress how much I enjoyed my stay last week. I brought my teen daughter and her best friend. All three of us had a wonderful time. I was able to let them ride bikes and go to the beach alone. Beach access was super easy and restaurants are close by, some within walking distance. Everything was as advertised, and the condo was immaculate. Mrs. Maples has thought of every detail, and she would respond to my questions so quickly. I highly recommend booking this for any visit to Santa Rosa. I can't wait to come back.

Will stay again!

Check in was a breeze! Very clean and almost everything that you need besides clothing is there. Plenty of pots, pans, towels, sheets, blankets and pillows. Super close to the pool and a short walk across the street to the beach access! Plenty of places to grab a snack or dinner within walking distance as well. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and will be back again.

Perfect family getaway for fall break

Property was well stocked in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms with all our family needed for our stay. Beautiful and comfortable. We hope to come back to stay one day and the beach and water are beautiful!

Close to the beach

Our favorite part of this rental was the proximity to the beach and the access to the pool. It was relaxing to be able to park and walk almost everywhere needed. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed for us to cook easily in the rental which we appreciate.

We had a great time at Janice’s condo. We loved the location, great air conditioner (hard to find in the area), it was very clean, well stocked kitchen for cooking, and nice pool in the complex that our kids enjoyed after long days at the beach.

Excellent Property

We go Santa Rosa every year. This was by far the best in parking, beach access and location. The owner stocked the condo with luxury and that added to an enjoyable retreat. We plan on booking there again and highly recommend this property.

Just PERFECT

The pictures of this place make it look great but when we arrive it was more then great, it was perfect. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. Plenty of towels blanks. The hooks on the wall in the screened in deck were great for hanging wet swim suits and towels. The pool was bigger then we thought it was going to be. The beach was maybe a 2 minute walk, just 800 feet away. And walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Destin, FL was about a 35 minute drive.

Spring break

Great location to beach and in a quiet area which we appreciated. Also enjoyed being able to walk to dinner at Shunk Gulley and Pizza by the sea.
