Nicely appointed unit in a terrific location. Just a few minute walk from three beach access points (one public and two private), three heated pools, pickleball courts, restaurants, shopping, etc. This is a great, less crowded area of 30A and we would definitely love to come back!

We love Gulf Place

This condo was fantastic for our family of 4. The location is prime with restaurants, shops, and the beach all within quick walking distance. We would absolutely stay here again and the company that owns this condo was so easy to work with. Highly recommend this condo for any group/family of 6 or less.

The furnishings were really nice. We will definitely stay again the next few months. We were owners in Gulf Place from 2002-2022. We would like to get an extra discount in the future. There are only 2 of us and only need one bedroom but really like this unit

Great location-easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Nice condo.Communication with property management company was excellent. We had the opportunity to check in early. Before we arrived, we received a text that there was a leak in the unit above and water was in our master bath. This issue was resolved quickly as we didn’t see any water during our stay.We noticed a couple of minor issues and our inspector came right away.

The furnishings were very nice and comfy also. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed. It was also very clean upon check in. We had an issue with a vehicle parked in our assigned parking spot in the covered garage and the management company addressed it immediately. We will likely stay here again in the near future!

Lovely condominium in a safe location with under building parking. Clean, comfortable, elevator access with covered balcony. You can walk to the beaches, some nice restaurants , use the pickle ball/tennis courts, shuffleboard area and any of the three pools. You can also arrange to rent ebikes, regular bikes ,and golf carts.We would come here again.
