Beautiful vacation home

The home is welcoming, well furnished and very clean! We had guests for 1 week and the split bedroom concept was great for privacy. The backyard pool and hot tub are beautiful and fenced in for complete privacy. The neighborhood was safe for walking/biking. Dayna Street is a conscientious, detailed oriented, and knowledgeable person. We had a wonderful stay and would love to go back again next year.

Patio & pool decking has just been refreshed and looks beautiful.

Very private back yard with pool and spa. Very clean and fully furnished home. New flat screens in all bedrooms and living room. Garage isn't available, and a little tough to park a large boat on the side of the home. Thank you, we had a great time.

property did not not meet expectation as shown in picture

Our first impression after arriving at the home on saratoga did not meet our expectations. the pool decking was in need of repair and none of the water fountains were operable. The screen door on the front door did not close properly and the screen door on the sliding door on patio was in need of repair. The heater to heat the spa was not operational, therefore we not able to use the spa, what a bummer. one night we did not have hot water for showers and again we had to contact property manager to fix the next day, the spa heater was never fixed during our stay at the home. I really believe that compensation should be awarded back to us, due to our many inconviences we experienced.

Owner's Response: I started up the spa today and had no problems, heater is less than a year old. Works great. Guests indicated to me that they would not be using the spa because they did not want the added expense and I had the gas shut off at the valve. Instructions on location fully indicate how to operate all valves. The water features are not operational for several years. The water heater was turned down due to the summer not needing as hot. Clients contacted me 7 days after they were on location that the water temperature was to low. I arrived within an hour and turned heater temp up. We found no issues with either screen doors. We have moved a 5 month renter in and no issues with any of the items indicated above.

We arrived at this house and it was easy to find. Walked in and the house was in immaculate shape. The back yard was amazing. We had a great time and can't wait to come back. Dayna was awesome really easy to get a hold of.
