Exactly as expected

4 adults, 2 kids for 5 days. The house was perfectly located for our boating vacation, which was a main requirement. The house was clean and comfortable, the pool was great, and the entire rental included everything (but food and drink) needed for a superb vacation. Had a chance to talk to the property contacts, and their responses were immediate and helpful. Overall, a wonderful choice!

Enjoyed a short but great weekend.

The place was great. Plenty of room and had plenty of everything we needed. The pool was so nice after a long day on the lake. Would love to stay here again.

Family friendly!

Perfect for our family. We loved the video games and the pool. It was in a great location and close to the Riviera Marina. The host was super responsive and accommodating. We would love to stay here again!

Great Family Getaway

This was the perfect place for our family. We had 5 kids all between the ages of 4 and 8. The 4th bedroom was perfect for them to play in. We loved the home, the pool, and the location. Ryan and Robin were so accommodating and responsive. We had an absolute blast and will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic home.

Absolutely perfect home for families with kids of all ages. Our range from 14-25 and we had a blast swimming, playing ping pong, foosball, and even fired up the Wii and played for hours. The host was awesome and always replied immediately, no matter how lame our questions were. This home is a must! I hope they’ll have our family back soon.

It was overall a good stay. Good communication and lovely house. Floor and trim could be cleaned up but nothing that will stop us from coming back again.

Perfect home rental for Lake Havasu family get-a-way. This home is well appointed, clean with comfortable beds, a great Kids room, and pool to relax in after a day on the Lake. Owner was very responsive and made the check-in super easy. We will definitely consider this home for our next vacation.

An oasis within an oasis

Lake Havasu is only minutes away. We never had the chance to explore it or the area because we enjoyed this house so much. We had all the amenities. Why pack for the lake when we had the privacy of a pool. We were here during the heat wave. Thanks for the hospitality and accommodating us.

2nd Annual Family Vacay

This is the second time we've stayed at this home for our yearly family fourth of July lake vacay. The kids love it, there is plenty of parking for the boat. The house is always clean and stocked up with towels, sheets and paper products and more than one trash bag. Lol! We had a wonderful time and cant wait to book again next year.

Amazing Stay

2nd year we stay at this house and enjoyed ourselves just as much as the 1st time! We had family members from age 5-72 all enjoy themselves. Very clean, very homey. Host is very kind and responds fast. Very close to the lake as well. Would highly recommend. And can’t wait to book again!
