Beautiful home with SPARKLING pool & spa!!! Miles and miles of off roading.

Come and enjoy our personal home away from home! Lake Havasu is a great place to stay. Come visit for a few days or stay for the week. Water is refreshing. 4BD/2BA Built in 2002, new pool and spa built in 2021, extremely clean home comes fully furnished. Large Master suite with king size bed with new mattress & TV. walk in closet, double sinks, walk in shower. Second bedroom is a comfortable guest room with queen bed and TV. Third and Fourth bedrooms offers two full beds in each room. Washer and dryer in home laundry room. Home offers AC, Large TV’s, Free Wi-Fi, reverse osmosis water and soft water systems. Long side driveway to park boat, cars or motorhome. Outside patio offer plenty of seating, along with BBQ Grill and Smoker. Open land for off-roading is only about 200 yards from the house.

Beautiful pool, great location

Nice, well kept 4 bdrm house with a beautiful pool, jacuzzi and waterfalls. Mark was very responsive, helpful and kind.

Perfect Paradise getaway

Home is in the absolute perfect location. Northside of havasu. Walmart is anout 6 minutes away, windsor launch ramp is about the same. The home is beautiful and well stocked. Mark & Amy are very responsive. We had a perfect trip due to the perfrct maintenance of the home!

The pool area is brand new and super nice. Sun exposure from morning til late afternoon, which is perfect for the winter months.

Amazing home!

We loved everything about this house. The pool and spa were beautiful, and the Baja shelf was great for laying out. The house was clean and updated, with all necessary amenities. I would definitely stay there again.

Lots of room for all of us

Great space for 8 of us to relax. The pool was wonderful. Great patio with option for BBQ. Very roomy and clean. We loved our stay in Lake Havasu City--spent time on the lake and the house was perfect for us.

Outstanding stay

The property was great! It was exactly what was needed for our business out in Havasu. The communication with the property owners was absolutely wonderful! They answered all of our questions and were quick with responses! Hope to stay there again!

The house was great, there was quite a bit of dog hair on the furniture.

Great property, love the pool. Only concern was dog hair on the furniture, so if you have allergies, you probably should choose a different place.

Plenty of sunshine

Had a great time for the 5 weeks we were there. While the weather was colder then we would have liked, the sun stilled shined and we could make good use of the pool. Hosts were great and very responsive to any questions we may have had. We will be back!!!!!!
