Easy check in and access to the property. Great communication from host. Beautiful view from the living room and master bedroom, both open up to the balcony. The unit could use some updates but it has everything you need. The welcome thank you card and bottles of water were a nice touch. The laundry pods were good to have. It's close to 2 different elevators so that was a plus. The lock on the balcony doors needs to be fixed.

We have been coming to Maravilla for probably the past 13 years and this was the first year that we booked a two bedroom… The other couple had to cancel last minute, but actually I was glad because the second bedroom should not even be considered a bedroom… First of all it is very tiny and there is no closet! Kitchen needs to be updated. The oven looks like it had not been cleaned in about five years… The location is wonderful. The view is wonderful, but I do believe there are several things that need to be redone in the condo… We will return to Maravilla because I love that location, but I would not rent this particular condo again…

Overall was ok location was great view was nice but the room was very outdated. Air vents had mold on them and appliances were old. Furniture was very used with pillows smelling funny and everything seem to be damaged some what. Shower smelled absolutely terrible every time you got in it. But we made the best of it but definitely think this place could use major upgrades for the price to some of the other rooms that have been renovated!!

We had a wonderful view of the ocean and the pool. The seating was comfortable and we had plenty of towels and wash cloths. Ice maker was great. We needed cookie sheets we requested and received same dayThe only thing there wasn’t a closet in one of the bed rooms and the same room needs more window treatment. Other than those minor things it was a great place.

Condo was very clean. It is small and would be tight with 4 people but the view is fantastic! Its a great place to stay with your pet as well. The pic displayed here looks like it was taken from our balcony. Had a great time here and we definitely will be coming back.

Great family stay

The property was clean, comfortable and had all the basic amenities we needed for our stay. The views from the condo and balcony were beautiful! It is a very easy walk to the beach and the pool. We really enjoyed our stay!
