The cabin is located in a gated community with all lots over an acre in size, allowing for complete privacy from your neighbors. Other cabins are within walking distance, making it ideal for families renting more than one home in the subdivision. However something that drew us to this cabin was its private location, at the end of the cul-de-sac and no neighbors behind. Zion National park East Entrance is only a 7 mile (10 minute) drive. Located close to Zion 'The Narrows' trailhead and so much more. Enjoy much cooler temps on this mountainous side of the park, with the convenience of still being near Zion National Park.

So glad we picked this cabin!

  • 5 of 5

This beautiful home is the perfect place for peace and quiet as it is on a dead end road, so not a lot of traffic to deal with. Also it was immaculate. Cleanest home we have ever stayed in. Four wheeler trail just down the road and also more just a few miles away. Just a few minutes away from Zions National Park. A lot of parking was nice also as we had two vehicles pulling 4-wheeler trailers. Very well stocked with toiletries and kitchen items. (A hand mixer might be a nice addition though). The teenagers loved the fact that there was wifi and the foosball table. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

P.S. We brought our own firewood and are glad we did as it is kind of expensive to buy in that area.

Big spacious home a bit far from the main part of Zion

  • 4 of 5

Big spacious home with lots of room for a family or even two. Comfortable and quite in a private neighborhood, which was very nice. About 30ish minutes from the main part of Zion. We were there over Easter so the park was very busy, so we enjoyed a hike one day from a spot close to the house and hiked to Observation Point, which had amazing views of the canyon and a lot less people. The resort Zion Ponderosa is close but really still in development so not very impressed with the facilities. We really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home.

Couldn't ask for a better property!

  • 5 of 5

This location was easy to find, impeccably clean, and a wonderful location for exploring the nearby National and State Parks. The property owner was easy to get a hold of for questions and the experience was more than pleasant. I will definitely book this property again.

Thanks Shalyse!

Thanksgiving!

  • 5 of 5

Our stay in this home was wonderful. It was more spacious and more beautiful than the pictures showed. It was very clean and all in order when we arrived. It was very quiet, secluded, and in a beautiful setting. There were beautiful deer to greet us. After long drives we had dinner at the Resort-it was great. Service was super, and the desserts were amazing. On Wed. we visited Zions. On Thursday we cooked Thanksgiving dinner-loved the double ovens and the big table and space for dinner. The fridge was big enough for all of our food and goodies. On Friday we went to Bryce Canyon. In the evenings we just enjoyed being there in the home. This will be a Thanksgiving we will all remember.

We used the sleeping mats for the children, this worked well. One critique-there did not seem to be enough linens for all the (extra ) beds. Things like toilet paper, paper towels were well stocked. We did bring our own hand soaps for the bathrooms.

Beautiful Secluded Retreat

  • 4 of 5

Our family of 14, gathered for a reunion. We had a little trouble locating the property after we entered the security gate. Once we arrived, we found the property location and size to be perfect for our group. The cabin was clean, except for the BBQ grill. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the kitchen/great room, the large deck off the dining area, and the fire pit. Would suggest some lighting for the steps leading from the deck to the back yard/fire pit area.

The mattresses were comfortable, but in my opinion, the sleeping accommodations are adequate for only 12 persons, as the pull-out beds and floor cushions are uncomfortable. Two people in our group woke up with back aches each morning.

We were excited to come upon an outlook for the Checkerboard Mesa, only a short walk on a trail near the cabin.

Would definitely recommend this property, and stay there again.

Shaleese, the owner, was very accommodating during the planning process.

Great for a big group

  • 5 of 5

We had ten people which meant at least three hotel rooms. We found this cabin and had a great time. For the price, it beat hotel rooms and for communal time was vastly superior.

For us, the best feature is not noted in the description: a fire pit in the back. That was a highlight for post hiking story telling. The cabin was conducive to our large group dynamic from galley cooking to hanging out around the fire.

"Sleeps 18" - I see this is accurate, but make sure to review the specifics of accommodations because, as a headline, it is misleading (though not inaccurate).
