Juniper Mountain Retreat | Private hot tub | Zion

Juniper Mountain Retreat amazes with it's endless cliff-side views and stunning starry nights. Warm and cozy yet spacious and pristine! This custom-built luxury cabin is filled top to bottom with the finest furnishings and decor. The impressive outdoor spaces and views will grab hold, and you will not want to leave the house. This home is the destination.
The kitchen features brand new, luxury brand Café appliances. The appliances are on-trend matte white with brushed bronze finished details, creating an elegant cooking experience. There are granite countertops in the kitchen, Livingroom and master bathroom.
A private deck with outdoor seating and great views comes off the master. It has a large glassed-in tiled shower, granite vanity with a view, and double sinks.
Up-stairs you will find a bonus second living space with comfy seating, large TV, X-box gaming system and beautiful views. The bedroom has local, custom-built queen bed and built-in twin bunks.
Off the back of the house, you will find the covered private master deck and large main deck with dining table, outdoor heater and cozy furniture. Both decks lead down to a cement pad with new Bullfrog hot tub, picnic tables and gas firepit. Down below is an additional wood firepit with seating. The entire backyard has stunning views of the valley and alfalfa fields below, as well as the gorgeous mountains in the distance which make for picturesque evening sunsets.
Juniper Mountain Retreat is perfectly situated 20 minutes to Zion National Park's east entrance, just over an hour to Bryce National Park. It is 2 hours to the Grand Canyon's North entrance, a little over an hour to Brian Head ski resort, one hour 45 minutes to Antelope Canyon and too many more other amazing places to adventure here in Southern Utah!

A beautiful home with stunning views and convenient location!

I was looking for a location that was conveniently located near Zion, Bryce and Antelope Canyon. Everything was only about 1 to 1.5 hour drive away! And Kanab is only a short 20 minute drive. If you're looking for a clean and beautiful home with views, please definitely book with My Zion Vacation! We stayed in the Juniper Mountain Retreat and the views were just magnificent. We used the campfire and hot tub almost every night. The beds were comfortable (not many rentals invest in comfy beds) and the kitchen was stocked with all of the basics and more! Our hosts were also great at communicating promptly and they had a very thorough guide of everything you needed to know from the house to nearby activities.

Extremely comfortable stay

The house and all the amenities are brand new. The only downside during the stay was the oven and exhaust vent broke before we arrived. During the whole time, we were using the stove on the BBQ grill to cook which was not too much of a problem. Owner Alex immediately notified us with the issue before we arrived. He also responded to our question timely. We ran out of coffee pods but because there’s only one day left of the stay. Alex deliveries some more for us. Very nice of him. The house is large. We arrived in two families. We had more than enough room for each family. Outside of the house was gorgeous. BBQ grill, heat lamp, seating area with sofa, large dining table outside. Also there’s a jacuzzi which we didn’t have a chance to try. Then there’s a sunbath area next to the jacuzzi. One more level down, there is fire pit and chairs which we used for stargazing. Lovely house. If I ever have a chance to visit Zion area. Will definitely stay with the retreat.

Beautiful Views, Gorgeous House!

Exactly as pictured! Just a gorgeous, new home with a huge kitchen, lots of areas to hang out, incredibly comfy beds and an amazing outdoor space that we took full advantage of. Easy trips to Zion, Bryce and Coral Pink Sands. We've taken a lot of girls trips over the years and this house was our favorite. Owners are super easy to communicate with and provided lots of info. If you're thinking about it, just book it!

National Park Trp

This was our last stop on a three week road trip with our friends. We saved the best for last. Everything about this home was perfect. We were able to visit Zion and Bryce from this beautiful location. Alex was hands on if we had any questions. The view from the back deck was amazing. We enjoyed cooking in the evenings after touring the park. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need.

Perfect Zion/Bryce Retreat

This lovely home will not disappoint! It is super clean and comfy and has so many little extras other homes do not offer such as fully stocked toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, dish soap, etc. It also has quality kitchen items along with extras such as a blender, griddle and tons of bakeware. My family thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub after long days of hiking at the nearby parks. We also used the grill and outside eating area, had a fire in the fire pit and took in the crystal clear sky and relaxed on the comfy couch that actually fit all 6 of us (not easy to find)! We had an issue with the dishwasher and Alex and Vanessa responded quickly and had the problem fixed in an hour. We could not have asked for a nicer home to spend our vacation!

Vanessa’s family built their vacation cabin on the borderline of Zion National Park in the mid-1970’s. As a child, she spent many summers hiking, exploring & enjoying the magical land of Zion. The area created special memories with family and friends; holding a special place in her heart. When Vanessa started a family of her own it was no surprise she brought them to the area; sharing the magic of her childhood with her own family. Hiking familiar trails and discovering new secrets became harder and harder to leave. Soon she and her husband, Alex, realized each visit was never long enough. In 2020 it was time to make Zion their home.
Their love & knowledge of the area ensures their guests experience the magic of the Zion area just like a local. No matter how long or short the stay; everyone is guaranteed a unique experience. Breathtaking vistas, towering cliffs cast in rainbow patterns, sand in your shoes, canyons that wind on in maze-like patterns… it’s all here. Waiting to become unforgettable memories.
