It is a fairly simple cabin made up for in between outings, showering up after and sound sleeping. Quiet, starry skies, and literally across the street from the rock house cave. Most every trail can be reached walking from the house. Its not the taj mahal, but we found it more than adequate, well stocked with working appliances and warm/cool when appropriate. Hosts were available and prompt. Couldnt have asked for better.

This is the 4th time we have rented this house. Multiple siblings, spouses, and grandchildren have stayed here! Love the seclusion from the road! Love we can hear the PJM orchestra singing and trilling at night!

Beautiful home in Petit Jean. Our large group of 9 had a great time and the home was plenty big enough for all of us. Bedrooms were roomy and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was perfect with a large fridge and plenty of counter space. The location was perfect for hitting the trails and visiting neighboring Mount Nebo and Magazine parks. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Arkansas.

A great house to stay right at Petit Jean. There is plenty of space and beds and privacy. It was perfect for our family as we spent most of our time hiking. The one quibble we had concerned water pressure— if you had too much running at once, it dropped. Once we figured that out, it was fine.

The place was everything it listed however -if offering the amenities of 3 full baths it should be mentioned that when using even just one you may or may not have hot water much less water pressure. We were “camping” so we managed but we also had older parents staying with us that created an issue with safety etc.

Wonderful location with close proximity to Petit Jean State Park. Rock House Cave trail is right across the street. The cabin was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. There was no firewood in the rack when we arrived but we were able to forage wood from the forest floor and we spent a lot of time sitting around the campfire. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. There was a nice screened in porch with a picnic table and a daybed.

Great Place

This place was awesome! Super spacious with plenty of room for big groups. Very clean, great hosts, and an awesome location inside Petit Jean State park. The Christmas tree was a great touch! My family plans to stay here again.

Spacious Woodland Getaway

Great location!

The location was our favorite part of our stay!! It’s very close to lots of great things, including the turtle rocks that we loved! We had a couple complaints, the Wii wouldn’t read any of the games and my kids were disappointed about that and our kids said that 2 of the bunk bed room mattresses had really uncomfortable springs in their backs all night. Overall, it was a nice stay for our group of 12!

Thanks for the feedback on the mattresses. We have replaced the mattresses in the bunk beds. I wish you had given us a chance to fix the issue before you lowered our rating. It’s a little too late for us to help, when you don’t give us a chance before your stay is over.
