Wonderful condo! Super convenient being on the 1st floor. Steps from the pool and dedicated parking spot. Short walk across the streeet to a beautiful beach and lots of great local business walkable. Very comfortable stay and responsive host!

We stayed here for 37 days in February and March of 2026. The weather was great for most of our trip. This unit is close to Kam II and Kam III and very walkable to numerous places to eat and shop. We walked the beach paths most mornings and totally enjoyed whale watching and swimming in the ocean. The pool and hot tub areas were great for us and our grandkids 5 and 8. The grills in the pool area were always clean and ready to use. Communications with the host was very good during our stay and reacted quickly to any issues.

Great Location and Hosts!

Location was fantastic as was within a few min walking distance to the beach and close to restaurants, shops, etc. Hosts were super responsive! Would recommend!

We had an amazing time! The place was so well stocked! I felt like were at home- and the sofa bed is very comfortable! Lana was very quick to respond with any questions we had and very accommodating

Great Location

The Maui Banyan is a very nice clean condo. It’s the best one on the corner with lots of foliage around the back porch on ground level and right across from parking. It’s a short walk across the street to the beach and many other restaurants, shops, and beaches nearby. We surfed, snorkeled, and went on a hike with waterfalls. Would definitely stay again!

Great place!

Enjoyed the closeness to the pool and grills. Beautiful sunsets from the beach. Great central location to beaches, bars, and food. Great place to cook and relax after a full day’s activities. Enjoyed all the extras, like the beach chairs, snorkel equipment, coolers, travel mugs, full kitchen etc. Great place for families or a few friends. Would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to family and friends!

A home in Paradise 💖

A wonderful place for a getaway..very private,quiet.,convient to all the enemities and the beach..The condo was well stocked with all the nessesary utensils and condiments..the beds where super comfy..and all the towels we needed for the beach and pool..Thank you Lana and Rick for sharing their little place in Paradise💖 Erna and Barry Ansell

Amazing stay

We’ve been to Maui several times prior and have not loved staying at a place as much as we have as this one! The location was central to everything in Kihei and the complex is so well kept. The condo itself is extremely clean and taken care of. Lana was prompt, thorough, easy to communicate with. We will definitely come back!

Perfect Condo for families

We had a fabulous stay in Maui and this condo was perfect for my family. It’s has been recently remodeled throughout and is beautiful! Location is right across from Kam beaches and within walking distance to many restaurants. Love that you can pull-up next to the patio makes it super easy to load/unload all of your beach stuff each day. Pool and hot tub are nice as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Kihei stay

Very happy with the stay and the property. The Maui Banyan pool was amazing and perfect for my 2 year old. Close to a lot of food spots and great beaches. The condo was clean and it has a fully loaded kitchen to do any cooking you choose. Pool area has really clean grills to use as well. Very happy and did not want to leave. We will be back!

Good location in Kihei. 5 minute walk to the beach. Kitchen well equipped. Beds very comfortable. Pool 2 minute walk from condo. Nice gardens with many kinds of birds my grandchildren enjoyed. Truly enjoyed our stay. Check in went smoothly

Perfect Spot to stay in Maui

This was a great place to stay. It was clean and conveniently located in Kihei. Lana was an amazing host. We need something shipped to us last minute and they made it happen. They are great communicators and very organized. Remember to look at there guest book when you first arrive it provides excellent information on what to do and see in Maui. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo!!

We had a great time @ Lana's condo!! It is so beautiful and the furniture and decor are lovely. The storage is limited, so we put suitcases inside of each other and put the bags on top of the tall armoire! The microfiber beach towels are so cute and it was great to have all beach toys/towels/chairs and umbrellas readily available! We hope we can go back in the future!!

Fantastic Location & Host

This VRBO was a fantastic location for our stay in Maui directly across the street from a great beach park. The unit is on the ground floor in a quiet and peaceful corner of the complex only a short walk from the pool and bbq area. The unit was clean and as described in the listing. Lana was very responsive as a host prior to our stay and through the couple questions we had during our vacation. Check in and out was seamless. I would stay here again on future trips to Maui with my family.

Great stay for family.

The condo is in the Maui Bayan complex in Kihei, across from beach, and near shops and restaurants. The unit is located near pool and BBQ grills. The patio was a plus. Well appointed kitchen and bathrooms, with comfortable rooms. It is a short walk to the beach. Overall it was great choice for our family and would consider again. Host was easy to work with, and accommodated a late check out request. Would recommend for a family. We enjoyed the stay. Thanks!

Maui Zowie

We love Maui. The property is located in a great area in Kihei. Overall the place was great! They supplied beach chairs, umbrellas and small coolers. The main bedroom has air conditioning. The second bedroom has a ceiling fan.... it was fine. We would absolutely stay again! Thank you for being great host!

Perfect getaway!

Maui is always a beautiful place to visit. But the accommodation were perfect for our family. The condo had wonderful access to the pool and grills. The ground level made access much easier for me aging parents. The lanai was large and accommodated us easily. Loved to hear the roosters in the morning and evening greeting from the cat. Beds were very comfortable and we slept great! We have stayed at Maui Banyon 4 times and our accommodations were great. Would definitely recommend to anyone with older parents.

Maui stay

The property had roaches and sink hot water was not working. Floor by a window had started to buckle due water leak. The tv in a bedroom didn’t work. Musky smelling when we first arrived. The beach was great due to its location.
