Book with confidence this brand new remodeled, lockoff 2 bedroom condo, that provides a great vacation experience. This 2 bedroom unit offers tremendous value with it's beautiful modern, new finishes, proximity to the beach, and how well it is equipped. Kamaole Beach 2 is just a minute walk from the condo. This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. Maui Banyan is located across the street from Kamaole Beach 2, a scenic family friendly beach. The resort has 2 pool areas, tennis courts, and BBQ areas. Located at the South end of Kihei, the condo is close to golf courses, shopping, restaurants, and a number of beautiful beaches that are ideal for swimming, boogie boarding, snorkeling, or just relaxing.

Cleaning Fee: $225.00

Damage Protection Waiver: $30.00

To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Great time with family

Had an amazing time. Close to the beach and since we were out and about it was nice it was clean and orderly so there wasn’t much to do just upkeep while we were there. Great property.

Beautiful Maui

Very enjoyable stay. The unit was perfect for our needs. We loved the location for easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants and stores. The complex had great amenities. As others have mentioned, the beach chairs could be replaced as they are not in great condition. A perfect get away with our family and friends.

Great stay in Kihei

This condo was magnificent. Our family of six were very comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked and everything worked great- no problems. The location was excellent- literally across the street from the beach. We’d love to return here !

Great family trip

Maui banyans was beautiful. Matt and his crew were very attentive. I would definitely stay here again. I do believe this property could use some more towels and cups and utensils for the studio portion. Everything was fantastic.

Perfect January trip to Maui

We’ve been to Maui quite a few times and regularly stay at this property. The Maui Banyan is a beautiful facility. This is an updated unit and it is in the building closest to the beach. It’s a wonderful walk up and down the sidewalk visiting all the small shops and cafés. This unit also has an air conditioner in every room, which is a nice touch. There is a balcony off each bedroom. Management was very responsive to any questions I had. I would definitely come back.

Lovely

This was an excellent location on the property and on Maui, quiet, well stocked with all the beach gear you could want. Great to have a separate room for our married daughter with an infant. We asked for a pack n play and they also provided an infant seat for eating which was so kind. We have stayed in several condos at this location and while all have been great this was the best. We will definitely stay here again…thanks for sharing. Our kids said it felt more like a home than a rental and we had a wonderful vacation here. Nice updates and beds were great too.

Nice place, perfect location!

We enjoyed our stay here! Nice, updated place with the basic necessities! Several beaches within easy walking distance as well as many fun shops and restaurants! We did not use the pools or hot tubs but both looked nice! The only downfall was the sugar ants (which are probably not specific to this place). There just was no warning about them... we did not realize the measures we needed to take to prevent them! But overall, we would definitely come stay here again!

My favorite condo at Maui Banyan!

Everything was just so perfect about this condo. It was meticulously clean upon arrival. Beds, linens, towels… it’s all very modern and of great quality! My husband, myself and our 4 kids ages 2-11, stayed here for 10 days and it was simply the best vacation. You can’t beat the proximity of this unit to the beach at Kam2 and the lower pool. It’s well equipt with everything you’d need for a relaxing tropical vacation. Matthew was incredible and responded immediately with any questions we had. I will 100% book this unit for all of our Maui trips in the future.

Love staying at maui banyan

Stay was great. The condo was amazing. I would have liked having a large skillet to cook and baking sheets in the condo. I would have liked plastic plates to take to the pool when we grilled. I didn’t bother to ask for these items. Though I’m sure if I would have, they most likely would have provided them. My family stayed in another condo and we used there stuff and returned it. Plenty of nice dishes, glassware in the condo. Very clean. Good location.

Location location location

We really loved the location of the property and the condo was tastefully decorated. That being said, I would not stay here again for only one reason. The bedroom has glass, see through doors. It is absolutely impossible to have privacy from the other guests staying with you. You can't dress in your room, sleep without people on the couch watching you, or have the ability to block out light from someone wanting to stay up later or wake early in the living room. This was a major problem for us being two couples in the house.
