We enjoyed our stay at Justin and Kim’s place. It was comfortable and great location. The property was a bit worn out but everything was very functional. The small touch of leaving coffee, bottle of wine and other condiments was a nice touch from the host . The location was very Close to all places that wanted to go. We felt very safe.

This was a great spot for our family of four, including two young children (ages 4 and 1). The hosts were extremely communicative and the location is excellent for enjoying all that North Vancouver has to offer. We had a great stay and would recommend this to anyone visiting the area.

We had a wonderful stay in Vancouver. This was a perfect spot if you are looking for something not in downtown. The host was responsive and very accommodating to us with our child. If we come back to Vancouver we would certainly consider staying here again.

The unit was in good condition. Clean. Nothing fancy but completely functional. No issues or significant concerns. Just a few minor items to report. There had been some drywall patching done in the living room area before our arrival. The bathroom fan is quite loud and not very effective - it needs to be replaced. I suspect the moisture in the bathroom caused the minor paint peeling issue. The furniture is not exactly as shown in the picture but still in good condition. There were 2 nice, new arm chairs instead of the single striped one in the picture. Bonus! No ottomans though. The pull out sofa is getting a bit tired. We didn’t use the pull-out bed so can’t comment on it. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cutlery and cooking equipment. Everything we used worked well. The water dispenser on the refrigerator was not working but the owner provided a Brita filtered jug instead. Much appreciated. The queen size beds in both bedrooms were very comfortable and the owner provided nice power bars so we could recharge our devices! The owner was responsive to all my messages. Excellent communication. I would recommend this VRBO to friends and family.

Fantastic stay

The hosts were very responsive and made extra effort to make sure we were comfortable. The place was very clean and well stocked. The location was a quick walk to many shops, restaurants and running paths. The suite’s layout was perfect for us. We had a wonderful stay!

Wonderful Getaway

We had such a great stay! The location was absolutely perfect for whatever you want to do in the Vancouver area. Parking was a breeze, the house had everything you could possibly need (and we had a fairly long stay). It was comfy, cozy, and convenient. We will for sure stay here again!

Great Stay in North Van

After living throughout Vancouver in our university years, we moved back to the 'Shore' in 2008 where we built/ renovated an old Grand Boulevard home into a brand new Craftsman home where we are now raising our 5 year old boy and 8 year old daughter.
