Come and enjoy sunny San Diego in this freshly redecorated beach vacation rental. Stroll to the beach with your surfboard, run along the boardwalk, or bike around the bay. Verona By The Sea is a 4-unit condo complex with 2 studios and two 2 bedroom units. This unique location is conveniently located close to local dinning, shopping, bars, nightlife, mission bay, and the ocean. Pacific/Mission Beach is 500 feet away from the condos and Mission Bay is 100 feet away!

This is a newly remodeled ground level studio condo with a fully stocked kitchen and open living that can sleep 2 adults in the queen bed. If a guest comes to stay for a couple of days the sofa bed is available.

There is a common courtyard patio shared by guests staying at the condos that offers bay views and is a perfect spot for grilling and sunbathing. A hot tub accommodates up to 7 and is the perfect way to unwind at the end of the day. Steps away from the condo in the evenings you can view the fireworks from Sea World.

I had a great stay. It’s perfectly located to where you get the quietness of Mission beach and are walking distance to Pacific Beach. Everything inside was clean and they had everything you could possibly need. Perfect for 1 or 2 people.

This is my second stay at the property and enjoyed it as much as the first visit.

The studio apartment isneat, clean and comfortable. The apartment has a kitchen that contains everything needed to cook with all you have to provide is what your going to cook. It is in a peaceful setting among other dewellings . It is minutes walking distance from the beach , bay , stores and restaurants . The are beach chairs and towels provided for use as well as some beach play items for kids and adults. I recommend you try it!

Property is a prime location... close to everything you could possibly want and need to do while on vacation. Condo fully stocked for anything you could possibly need. Ower Veronica is awesome and very accommodating! We cant wait to return....what a great comfy home away from home!

Cute Beach Bungalow. Great Location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this studio. The unit was very clean and beautifully decorated. The location was great and the unit was equipped with all that we needed. You can not beat the location. You are right in the middle of everything. We would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a getaway.

Great beach and bay location!

This is a nice clean unit with everything you need in a great location. We were far enough from Mission Blvd to not be bothered by traffic noise but very close to both Mission Beach and the Bay. Our kids were attending the MBAC sailing camp which was within walking distance. There are plenty of nearby restaurants also within walking distance. You cannot expect complete silence in a beach environment but most nights it was very peaceful. Veronica is very helpful. One of the bigger bonuses was a nice reserved parking spot for our large Suburban. Would definitely plan on staying here again if the kids go back to camp or for a future family vacation at Mission Beach. Thanks so much!

Nice San Diego get away

This was a great place fora quick get away for my family. The location is wonderful and Veronica was accommodating when our trip was hindered with an unseasonable storm. My wife and I would recommend this to anyone looking to relax and enjoy all that mission beach has to offer

I am originally from Northern California and decided to call Southern California home in 2004. I moved to Hermosa Beach in 2006 and absolutely fell in love with living at the beach. I am so excited to have this property and share it with others.

Why they chose this property

I fell in love with this specific property because of it's amazing location, charming walk street, and unique character. I love how each condo has a different floor plan and design which makes is possible to meet various guest's needs.

What makes this property unique

My hope with this property is to provide my guests with a special stay that they will not get anywhere else in the Mission Beach area. My vision when remodeling & redecorating this property was to combine the comfort and amenities of a modern luxury condo with a relaxing atmosphere. A lot of care and thought was given during the redecorating process and I hope that my guests will have an unforgettable stay.
