About this property

Studio #3 Fully-equipped with Boardwalk Patio Access - Oceanfront! Pet-Friendly!

This unit has NO STAIRS. Conveniently located at the El Carmel Place and Ocean Front Walk. Our shared patio which is on the Boardwalk a great place to people watch and look at the dolphins! We have a gas firepit for cozy evenings!

Our chairs and sofas have comfy cushions that most of our guests enjoy and that few others have in Mission Beach.

We are equidistant from Belmont Park to the South and Pacific Beach to the North. We have parking for a small car in the garage. And there is a great deal of on-street parking on the bayside at El Carmel Point. There is a small market a few blocks away. There are many eateries nearby ... there is no need for a car!

There 4 short-term rentals on the property - a house and 3 studios. All have shared access to the patio that is in front of the house. Studio guests use the south end of the patio.

Great location, walkable to just about anything you need. Right on the boardwalk. Gas fireplace was a definite bonus for early morning coffee. Shower is a bit small so if you’re a bigger person just beware. Aging A/C kept room coolish. Overall great stay. Would definitely stay again!!

Our host, Brant, was excellent. The room had salt and pepper, cooking oil and coffee. Very helpful so I could cook simple meals without having to think of those details. Coffee is coffee is coffee! Very thoughtful and kind touch

Anniversary Getaway

Overall very nice stay, room was perfect and comfortable. The firepit was a perfect touch, my only complaint would have been to have access to the table on the beach facing patio, it is central to the property and there is another table in the patio area for the main house guests, but other than that it was great.

Perfect for what we needed!

Perfect space for 2! Having access to the boardwalk was very nice to enjoy our coffee and breakfast. Also, we had a Honda accord and we fit in the garage which was very nice since parking is hard to find. The place was clean and It had just what we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Great area to stay, however the air conditioning unit broke and the garage sensor was broken as well. We ended up cutting a water bottle to set the sensor on because it wouldn’t close due to the sensor hanging from it’s cord.
