This is the most responsive host I've ever had the pleasure of being in contact with. The apartment was very nice and located super close to a nice beach.

This property could be one of the best values in PB area. Depending on your day plan, most of the attractions could be reached in 20 mins or less. It has practically perfect distance to the beach, meaning less than a minute walking distance, where not under foot/ tourist traffic. It is next to a hotel, where you have free security. Designated parking means a lot. You understand what I mean if you know the area. Walking distance to many restaurants and major grocery store, if you prefer to cook and dine at home. All in all, highly recommend.

Location was the only good thing about our stay. No AC, couldn’t open all the windows as some did have screens or holes in screens. Advertised as having a pull out coach, it didn’t show up until Monday. The couch was all wet when we checked in. Then discovered the door lock could be opened with out entering the code.

Only 100 steps from the board walk along the beach. Could see the ocean from the dining room. Nice to have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Unit was clean with a nice large living room. Covered parking was a plus. We enjoyed our stay. Greg

Close to beach and other tourist places

We enjoyed our stay here. The only thing we noticed was the tv didn’t work in the bedroom. Since we weren’t at the home much and we had the living room tv to watch it wasn’t a problem. We live bed being able to quickly walk to the beach in the morning and evening to see the sunset.
