As a family of 8 we were looking to stay in a small hilltop village and found the location to meet all our needs. We very much enjoyed the house as it provided the family with ample spacious areas to relax and enjoy village life with amazing views and at the same time offered quiet areas where members could have quiet time. The enclosed swimming pool provided sufficient space for all to enjoy and cool down during our stay in July and beginning of August 2026Catherine

Ancient Noblemen home in Radicondoli

We had a great time in Radicondoli. Really enjoyed the village and both restaurants were fantastic. People were very friendly and our host was great. Highly recommend the coffee shop for breakfast and took full advantage of the laundromat in town. Views from the patio were amazing. Look forward to returning and highly recommend.

Beautiful location and villa

Four college friends spent a week at this villa, and we loved every minute. The villa is incredibly spacious with everything you need. Elena was an outstanding host who was very responsive to our needs. Radicondoli is a sweet town, laid back and charming.

A wonderful place

We had a wonderful week staying in the heart of Radicondoli. The house had plenty of space for two families and the pool kept five children entertained. The views from the balcony were fabulous, perfect for pre dinner drinks. The village is busy and buzzy and had three restaurants all serving delicious food, our favourite was Il Nazionale. We couldn’t recommend Elena’s place enough for a taste of real Tuscany, the perfect place to stay.

Amazing home!

The house was beyond amazing. Our Hostess made the process very easy. The village itself had several terrific restaurants, as well as groceries and other necessities. It is , however quite remote. Wonderful place to unplug and recharge your batteries.

This place is amazing. The house is really well presented. Comfortable mattress/pillows nice linen and towels. Well equipped kitchen. Ac in bedrooms and portable fans in communal areas as far as I am aware ours was the only house in my he town to have a pool which was lovely to have. Pictures of the house do not do it justice, Elena was very accommodating and let us check in early as we had an early flight into Pisa and house was ready. She gave us a brief history of house and I would have liked some more on this. Town is perfect beautiful restaurant across the road called la pergola food and service here is amazing if u want to sit at the terrace book in advance. Town is vibrant at night and there is bar in the middle and some could deem it as noisy but we didn’t mind. Didn’t have a great encounter with agritecha restaurant they were quite rude to me so would not recommend and menu limited! Radicondelli is pretty central to all the main highways to explore Tuscany. I would highly recommend river swimming in colle di val d’Elsa and visiting san gimignano

Magical stay in a very unique property

Huge property with stunning view from terrace. However, it is a bit awkward to get around being on 4 levels. Loads of kitchen equipment which is a big plus. The single beds are a bit small for a large person like me. Radicondoli is a very friendly village with good cafe and restaurant. It is an ideal base to visit this beautiful part of Tuscany.

"The house was lovely, well equipped, very spacious and the view from the terrace was marvellous. We especially enjoyed our evening meals on the terrace with the view of the lovely Tuscan countryside. After visiting many of the nearby towns, it was always nice to return to such a beautiful little village. It was special to be there both for Corpus Christi celebration and, especially, for the three-day festivities for the village fete around San Giovanni- June 23-- with banquets in the village square, music and activities."

We had a fantastic time in this beautiful, spacious, traditional Italian house with a group of six people in the charming historic village of Radicondoli. The air conditioning and private swimming pool were especially appreciated given the warm temperatures we experienced during our stay. The house is truly large and very spacious, featuring many beautiful classic architectural elements that create an authentic and inviting atmosphere. It is simply wonderful. However, if you have limited mobility, it is worth noting that the layout of the house includes several level changes, steps, and staircases, which may make it less suitable. The village itself is somewhat remote, meaning that larger supermarkets and major attractions require a bit of driving. However, this is more than compensated for by the breathtaking views from the terrace and the delightful village atmosphere, including several excellent restaurants. We had a truly memorable stay and would also like to thank the host Elena, for her warm welcome, clear explanations upon arrival, and excellent communication throughout our stay. Any questions we had via the app were answered almost immediately and always to our complete satisfaction. We highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to experience the true charm and atmosphere of Italy!

Perfect place to enjoy the beautiful Toscana.

We loved the large and very beautiful house. We missed nothing. The house has got all comfort (we all loved the pool), is big enough for two families and is in the middle of a very cosy and awesome village. The people there are so kind and helpful. It was such a great experience to be part of this big family. We recommend all restaurants except the La Pergola. Too expensive and nothing for tourists. All the other places were great. If you would like to joyn the real spirit of the wonderful landscape of the Toscana, this is the Hotspot for you!

A little piece of Tuscan heaven

Our group of eight older adults absolutely loved this property and the village of Radicondoli. Several of us had spent time in Tuscany before but were just wowed by the village. It is so beautifully kept by the locals, has everything one could need for a week or more stay, including three fabulous restaurants, and nothing could be more enjoyable than an apertivo in the town square as the sun begins to set. The property itself is very spacious for a large group. Several of us enjoyed the pool, which was totally refreshing on a hot day. The rooftop patio offers a spectacular view of the surrounding Tuscan countryside. The village is a little remote, but day trips can be done in an hour or less. A car is an absolute must and the driving is often a bit hairy. This is a perfect property for those seeking a quiet, authentic experience in a medieval village.

Italiensk idyl.

Stunning village

Radicondoli is an absolutely divine village the people are incredibly friendly and helpful. The views from the magnificent old villa are fabulous as is the pool, on the very hot days it was such a welcome reprieve. The house itself has so much history but could do with an update. Upgraded bathrooms and a fresh coat of paint would be desired but without taking away from its charm. The house is extremely large so plenty of space to relax and enjoy.

Maison compliqee
